SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS got alittle bit of a late start on saturday morning got set up in 160 fow and headed NW for 450fow picked up a small salmon on a flasher fly ,white pro troll with northern king no see um fly . 370 too 450 screen was loaded with fish down a 150+ to about 10 to 20 off bottem , temp was down about 40 to 50ft had 54 degrees but after that it was ice cold down in the 40s couldnt get much too go picked a nice 10lb steelie up on the way in on a m&m , so we went in too check the inside water 120 too 70fow did"nt mark but a few fish and got nothing too hit changed up set up too a spoon program for some steelie action but it didnt work today wind changed driction a few time's waves picked up so wee called it a day . O in a 100fow down 15ft i had 46 degree water temps where all over the place and cold with all the wind from the last few days hopfully the lake will set back up quickly . John

Big Jon, Wegmans, Walmart. It doesn't even need to be related to fishing. If you notice community events that happen, Walmart sponsors a ton of stuff.

UR so right here with this statment , outside of the industry , but these big companys also want too know what you are going too do for them , thats were the televised events come into play you must also put demographic's together to show you are reaching out to people too put there name out there and so on. You basicly have too sell advertisment to them and have something too offer not just some guys out on the lake a real bussiness plan needs to be put togther and this could be huge .

mercruiser , yamaha , johnson, evenruide, ford , chevy, dodge , boat manifacture's ! Get boats with video crews put this on TV, go big time , i don't want too be bashed here but this is what should be done with this too take this to the next level , just think of the boats and people this could draw , this could be the next big thing. NORTH EAST PRO/AM SALMON TOUR ! or somthing along thoughs lines if ya get my drift , i work on sponcership all winter for a small race team and i work for feld motorsports on the moster Jam tour ,sponcers are there , fisherman are there you just need the man power and smarts to put it all togther , i could go on and on , just my vision of what this could be. I would"t go for a z wing my self , if you check em out , they will out performe a 5lb ball and thats not saying much at all seeing 12lb balls are almost a thing of the past with 15lb weights being popular and more than a few guys are running 20lbers with very little blow back . Take a look around here you'll see some post about downrigger weights and you'll see what people are running, pancake's and sharks are something too take a look at, hope this helps alittle. john

aww just picked um up fron the fish doctor , he scewed em all up there dead in the water now . asked the doc what happened to em and he just had some crazy story about leaving them there for an hour or so and they where like that when he came back.

ok guys here's the problem i just picked up two michael jackson spoons one large and one small to run together as an afixed slider set up problem is nomatter how far above i rubber band the large one it keeps banging the little one!

i run my release above the probe and never have a problem , yo mite want to try that.

let ur first lure down ten feet then take a rubber band & half hitch in too ur line then clip the cheater to the rubber band & the line ! this way they wont get together and you know they will be fishing ten feet apart !

Well I think there ought to be a trolling tournament off the Genny to settle all controversy. West boundary to be the Charlote pier & due North and East boundary to be the Summerville pier and due North. Southern boundary to be the pierheads & North boundary to be Canada. No North-South trolling allowed; no NW-SE allowed; no SW-NE allowed. You can only troll East to West and/or West to East. Any fish caught out of bounds or in a trolling direction not due East or not due West or any fish that swims out of bounds or boat that drifts outside the boundary lines is disqualified.

Tournament starts in about two weeks.

Now we’ll see who the real fishermen are. (or a bunch of sick-o's...let me out of here!)

Well i"ve motor boated down too the oak for the three fish derby so i geuss im in for this east western at the genny , we just moved the kicker too the front of the boat for some foward /reverse combat trolling , mite motor down too the genny in the am for a little pre fishing .

Gambler How big is your boat to fit your ego filled head. It has to be WIDE. Did you ever think that where the fish are is where they are caught. I have fished Sandy when you had clear blue cold water. Every port has there day. the fishing is good off Braddocks bay the river and I bay.

Did you ever think to just look at the current standings Rod hog ??? Brian, our stats speak for them self. I hope the fall LOC can repeat its Sandy Creek productivity

i have a old one in super shape , also have a bunch of new parts , when i found out they where going too be make over sea's and be junk, i snapped up a bunch of part from the salmon river sport shop about 10 years ago , post what ya need or P.M me ill try and help ya out , or i sell ya the old style one i have for 60 buck used for two day .by my uncle from F.L

ive been running one down the center for my last four trips on a zero setting out 200 banging fish on left and right using power pro and my wires out the side on 2.5 settings

what a story , i never fish alone on the boat

the release will damage the leadcore line if you put it in the release , if you want too target higher water you could cut ur leadcore into a 4 & 6 setup and run two of them or just let out what you want and rubberband it like shade said !
