Dipsey

Fished from 2:30 to 7 yesterday and sunrise to 4 today. Zero hits yesterday. 2 hits today. One on dipsey f/f and one on DR with meat. Same temps today as yesterday. Quite a few boats out front deep this morning. That's it for us this year . Good luck out there.

Fished out to 600 with no takers. Temp 66 down 150. We did mark some fish out past 400 but couldn't buy a bite. Has some streakers. Maybe the South wind tomorrow will help. Didn't see another boat until we started in.

How's the bite now? Thinking about heading out midweek. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the info laker 1. You've got a good son looking out for you. I run Sea Foam through all power sports motors. So far so good. Definitely going long or extra long shaft. There's quite a few reasonably priced 8 and 9.9 4 strokes kicking around. I liked Rolmops suggestion of a 35 HP bracket. My steering is controlled by a Ray Marine autopilot so may I will just lock it in straight without connecting the kicker to the stern drive.

2 weeks ago we fished from 80-400. Found good temps and bait but no fish. First skunk in a long time. Should have pushed further out. Won't be long now!
