i miss this place. ive been fishing there ever since i was 6 years old back in the early 90's. never would have i thought the place would be shut down. but good news to hear SinDale if RGE buys it out, ill be back out 2010. thanks for the information.

What does everyone prefer using when fishing the streams. Im heading up to Sandy Creek this wknd seeings how we've gotten all this rain. should i go get some sacks? floating? i heard people use marshmellows? worms? fill me in im new to this, would like to have some luck this year. thank you guys

WoW thats the 1st i heard about the station shutting down, i grew up fishing there myself also. probally not goin to be the fishing hole of choice this year for me. concerning all this rain i think im going to take a stab at Sandy creek after Ike swipes by. ill keep u guys informed.

has anyone heard or fished russel station or the hitt up and of the local creeks? its getting to be that time of year just wondering the news. im a newbie here from Rochester glad i could find this site.
