We had two weeks of 70 degree weather and it all turned around on Sunday 2-13. This is the Upper Sacramento river behind my house. It's up about 5 1/2' and still coming up. With heavy snow tonight and tomorrow. You all should have it about 4 days. The river is usually an emerald green not this mud brown
