  2. Reminder of the 333 series event this weekend. See you all at the weigh in. I haven't stop to see Barney yet to get the LOU results but I will on Wednesday and post that evening the results from the LOU and add the fish to the totals. I have had a bit of bad luck the last few weeks and I'm still trying to get caught up. I apologize for the delay. Feel free to call and give me hell but when I don't answer it's because Sunday's slap in my face was a cell phone that locked up with 580 work contacts in it . I hope to be back up and running by days end however. Best of luck to you all this coming weekend and be safe. Mark
  3. NT, I haven't made it up to the lake yet to grab the results from Barney, I'm heading up in two days and will post then. Sorry for the delay boys life keeps getting in the way. Mark Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  4. Looks like Union Springs on Cayuga Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  5. I'm on my second year with the blood run sea flea line and will never go back to the flicker line . It has held up well it doesn't have the memory the flicker has and as mentioned above its a lot more stealthy. I spooled all my rigger rods and just run a longer leader before the little bastards get here. Good luck Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  6. NT is right but if they move try running out to Georges Bank that should be hot fishing. Just keep an eye out for the Pin Wheel if your running long copper I think that guy is stoned half the time, BOOST Good luck Sunday Mike. Hopefully next year it works out that you can join us in this little 333 deal. The way it's shaping up it should be right down to the last weigh in. LJ
  7. After two events the standings are as follows; 1.Lil Lake,,,,,,42-9 2.Blue Bubble,,,,40-2 1/2 3.Nauti-Troller,,,,40-00 4.Split Shot,,,,30-6 5.Bobber,,,,29-4 6.58 Johnson,,,,17-14 7.Striper 1,,,,14-13 1/2 The rest have yet to post any weights at the scales. I know some are tryin and not having much luck another was very sick this past weekend and his partner was sick week one and we have 2 that have fallen from the face of the earth and I have not heard from at all. I heard a rumor that we had our first victim of the "no I'm not weighing this fish I will get a bigger one tomorrow" scenario, I don't know if you'd like to tell the story or not Rollie? Next event is the LOU on the 29th of June. This will be day one of the two day event that includes the Lansing Lighthouse Derby.
  8. Thanks Scott and no worries Rollie this part was a two man job. I was lucky enough to have a young guy that worked for me in the past volunteer to help and the town is writing him a thank you letter that he can show the union hall and this will serve as his yearly participation for community service the union requires these guys preform. It was a win, win for all concerned. I'm just sitting down to add up the results from this past weekend and I will be posting them on the "pinned" page at the top. Mark
  9. Ready to be back filled. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app

  12. Thanks for the offer to help Bigfoot but for this pour we are all set. The next pour is bigger and I might take you up on your offer then. I will let you know when that will be once we schedule it. Thanks again, Mark
  13. Just a reminder of this coming weekends 333 event. Barney will be open to weigh fish at his shop from 0800-1800hrs Saturday and 0800-1600hrs on Sunday. Best of luck to all of you and see at the park. The lift location at the park has been finalized and the concrete is going in one week from today on the 16th. The pier and anchor bolts will be first followed a week or so later by the walk way and pad at the lift loading area then the lift will be mounted in place a week later. Mark
  14. I agree with Bigfoot, the run off from the storms the last three week has things stirred up. Saturday on the north end it was like fishing at Lowes Home Improvement. I landed a 6 foot long 2X6, two 8' long 3" diameter tree branches and 125' of 3/4 PVC water line complete with foot valve and screen on the end. That's just what I saw and was able to get my hands on so be careful out there for the next couple of weeks its a mine field. Mark
  15. Sons graduation party is that day so I'm out again this year. Best of luck to all of you. My money is on the kid, go get em' Kade. Mark
  16. Did well south in front of Poplar Beach last Sunday.. 10-15' down over 40-60'. Good luck Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  17. I use these from Lindy. I cut the ends off with a hack saw so they store in plastic organizers.

  21. That was Rollie's plan last we spoke. Remaining funds for maintenance and the next lift project. If Rollie had it his way I bet every ramp on the Fingers and beyond would have a lift and I hope someday they do. Mark
  22. PM sent Sean. Ed, no hard feelings here brother, thanks for the support. Mark
  23. Last few days to sign up. Still a lot that showed interest that haven't got in yet. Hope to get at least couple more of you out there involved. I had a conversation with a guy last week, I won't share his name with you but I will share a small bit of his comments. "Please let me know what I can do to help with the lift project, time, money or labor I will give what I can. Its been over 25 years since I've been in this wheelchair and just as long since I have been on Cayuga Lake fishing. I was very excited to hear about the MPLP, it is a game changer for me and my family, thank you so much." I instantly realized the limitless power of one small hydraulic wheelchair lift. I get pissed off when I have go 25 days without fishing, but some have no choice in the matter and have waited much longer. If you want to help change lives,,,,please get involved. Mark 607-760-7130
