  1. I have a Strikemaster Lite 4-stroke, and except for a transmission problem that was quickly repaired by Strikemaster under warranty I love it. I too am up in years, and the weight was a big factor, but not smelling stinky 2-stroke fumes is probably the best thing about it. It has a quiet, reliable, easy to start Subaru motor. The only thing that I would do (and am planning on doing) is I would replace the lazer auger with a chipper auger that Strikemaster sells thru their website, as the lazer auger is really agressive and has a tendency to grab when breaking thru the bottom.

  2. I have a 2000 Ford Excursion with a 7.4 Diesel. I get 17 towing at 70 mph, and I don't even feel my 4000 lb boat in back. I also took the 3rd seat out and put a queen size bed in, so it doubles as my camper.

  3. I live in Ct, and am fortunate that this state has a disabled crossbow permit. I had to take a bowhunting course, and get a Doctor to sign off on the permit, then had to meet with a DEP administrator, to further prove my disability, and take a (so called) advanced bowhunting course. I think it's a good thing NY's taking a first step, and a shame that the bowhunting group is against it. I don't feel the amount of people with disabilities using a crossbow will make a dent in the big game populations of the state. Makes me wonder if there's something more to it.
