    what card to buy ?

    I purchased new humminbird graph and need to get a map card Was wondering if I should get hot maps premium , hot maps platinum or Navionivs xl .I most fish Erie for walleye and perch,but really been fishing Ontario for trout and salmon..Does anyone use the options on the platinum card,satellite and,3d .Is it worth the extra $ .Any other suggestions .Any help is appreciated.....thanks in advance

    Dunkirk Saturday

    Got out last night 5-9:30 out of pt breeze .Pick up 5# on silver/black harness soon as we got rods set .Nothing else rest of night .Marked tons of bait ..some fish but no takers .Run harnesses and renowski.Fish on wire dipsy 177 on 1 1/2 setting.

    SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS

    ===================finally made the move to the big o.After months of reading post,tackle description ,I decided to give it a try.Headed out of olcott at 5:00 am .My dad ,my buddy,and me on my boat ,and my buddy flo.his wife and friend on his boat .Headed straight out to 500 fow .I don't have a,probe so Flo found temp and down speed for us ..we just matched gps speed and paced his boat.Start setting rods and he's got 1 on ,finally get rods out and they have doubled up.A couple seconds later we got one on,8# king.After that it was steady action ,13 hits with 9 booted Biggest being a 27.14# king.Awesome fight ,Now I got the itch to get back out and forget them walleye.I think we did pretty good for first time solo with no probe....Thanks to everyone here for report and descriptions on salmon fishing.._Also thanks to my buddy Flo for helping me out with temp,speed ,and knowledge.. Hot lure was dirty white boy taking 8 ..on riig55 down 20 feet back

    Thanks for the,report....glad,u guys r,getting them...Things been slow .departure bouy has,slowed Been out a few toms but can't really get on them like b 4 ....was thinking went deeper and thought a out dunkirk _ bar Gloria ..Will b there this weekend and go e report ....thanks

    Glow Colorado with glow and red beads......chartriuse Colorado with pink and yellow beads ....foreigner with green and Orange beads ...new stick bait ..forgot the name(honeycomd) pattern scales with lime green back ....looks like a renowski...hope this helps .....put 10 in the box this morning ..same area and depth

    Got out Monday ,5footers .Drifted channel from tips of breakwalls.Picked up 3 eyes .Made it out Tuesday evening 5 to 9 picked up 7 eyes .4 in the 7,1/2 to 8 # range .Fished the 42 to 51 fow area 5 miles out far side of seneca shoal .Stick baites and harnesses on the bottom .A few buddies out doing the same .About time things starting to pick up ..GET OUT AND GET EM NOW

    I ha e cannons mounted on my tracker Targa v-17 and was also worried about cable going into kicker motor.I bought the swivel bases and run them on the 22.5 degree setting .This really gives u a lot more room to play with.Also easier to put on and take off weight .

    Went out of small boat harbor to meyers .Sets in by 4:45 and no action on harnesses or stick bits.Picked up some big bass and decided to move .Went to 45 -50 gps Lots of boats around.Managed to pick up 4 in about an hour.People were getting them tolling (2.2mph) and bottom bouncing.Had appointment and left by 10;45 with 4 in the box .4lbs
