I have a DSC vhf mounted under the top and it works. Gps has an external antenna.

The International Lake Ontario-St. Lawrence River Board plans to temporarily reduce outflows from Lake Ontario to increase water levels on Lake St. Lawrence the second weekend of October. These efforts will provide marinas and shoreline dock owners an opportunity at the end of the season to remove recreational boats more easily.

It does at -360.9Air doesn't freeze. Best to drain correctly and if compressed air is available blow it out . Pink stuff is good for fresh water system. If you use the pink crap for whatever reason in engine block , I wouldn't count on it not freezing under extreme cold . Have seen it expand when put in freezer.
