There's more to it than the level of Lake Ontario and the St. Lawrence River. The level at Montreal and Ottawa River outflow play a big role.

Flow was increased to 7380 on April 4. Inflow appeared to stay the same at 10,010.

As of now, when I flip the switch I’m not getting power to motor. When i jump relay it works great.  Even with brand new relays. My problem is gotta b wiring        Everything after the lift motor is in good working order.  I appreciate all the help fellas.  Gotta work a few hrs this morning then back at it tryin to figure this thing out.

Where are you getting the 3" in the last week reading?

They're letting out more than what's flowing in. Check the IJC website. Hence the lake level continues to drop. The outflows need to be drastically reduced or 90% of the marinas and launches will not be useable, especially for larger boats and those with inboards
