That is a beast of a salmon I caught a 46 lb one in Lake Ontario in the early nineties where have all our monster kings gone

The browns get it the worst because they are in the lampreys zone the most I believe

Chamberlains all the way only release to buy the best worth their weight in gold

I do not know if this is the right place to ask this but if you could have only 10 lures for trolling for steelhead which ones would they be & why trying to narrow this down so do not have to take so many lures out with me

Its a tough lake right now to fish with all the lamprey in the system but Samson is a good starting point to start & work your way north looking for bait & large marks on your fishfinder & work them hard good luck
