I just read the rules - it looks like you don't need an observer for Friday but you better have one on Saturday. Bsmaster, observer needs to be there Friday night for captains meeting. Anyone ever thought maybe the big fish are being caught and seen more often due to the lack of the middle class of fish? Just curious if anyone has the same thought process... fishing has remained steady so far for me, but I have witnessed the decline as to when the fishing begins to pick up and it has definitely pushed later into the year and cuts out a bit sooner as well.
