    Truth! Theres alot of 3100 out there. Gotta be willing to travel for them! Im looking to upgrade in about a year or so. I just like stirring the pot a little. You wont be disappointed with a 3100. Luckily, ours was never fished and had new crate engines semi recently before purchase. Theres a newer 31 near NY thats looks like a good deal.     Steve, the eels wiped out the browns. DEC stocked alot of them last year. I believe even got some extra (hearsay). Fishing was amazing this summer and I cant wait to see what this season brings! Im perching until then... Watkins flat lines, find the water color. You'll get em. Scorpion and sticks. 1.0oz snap weights.     Personally, the 1 p/p on bows IMO, was a great rule change. Just because we are seeing better catch rates, doesn't mean we should start creeling more. The DEC monitors all of this so I can assume they have it under control. Seneca still has some improvements to be had.. Possible rule changes per lake could happen with proper factual data?     Location. Location. Location. Yes the silver numbers are down. Direct relation with the lamprey presence in the lake. Attend the meeting this past fall? You will see the relationship in the decline of the fishery. Fishing the north end? Theres a definite higher population of lakers here, however the rest of the lake has plenty of silver action. The browns were killed off via eels but they are here and will come back. Same with salmon. I have yet to see a rainbow decline as we catch plenty. By 2021 the fishing should balance out once the lamprey are under control. My .02 (for seneca) i know guys have been struggling as well here too.
