  10. Thanks Musky Bob, i do have them and they do help. Can get in the way sometimes and mess up your speed indicator propellers on the transom in cross seas. The safety factor is another good reason as I have towed a number of single engines off that lake at various times. thanks again.
  11. I have an Arima Sea Chaser with a 135 Honda as the main engine. Trouble is that I am having a frustrating issue with the throttle control. The throttle either rests at idle at about 600 rpms or kicks in past that area of play at about 1100rpms. This places the boat speed at 600 at about 1.1 mph and at about 1100 at 3.2mph. As you can see it is very tough to stay in the optimal area of 2.0 to 3.0 in trolling speeds. I am at the decision point of putting a kicker on the back Any suggestions on the throttle and if not, can you lend any experiences or recommendations for setting up a bracket mounted kicker. Panther steering, trollmaster or controllking throttles etc. The Arima has an auxillary motor bracket already mounted on the port side. Thanks in advance for any comments. Bill Wike

  13. What is the recommended release to use when hooking up the copper to the planar board line. I" have been looking for a small triangular shaped release that one of the charter captains had on his rig last year. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Trorun
