Weatherman is talking about the wind gusting more than 40 mph Sat. Has anyone had success with winds that high?
Been waiting all week for weekend and high winds and snow are forecast. Will deer move in that?

Seems like the good processors retire or don't stay in business long. Anyone have someone
they know is good to take your deer to now?

Great day for you!

They are definitely in there now. Easy to catch and good size. Not trying to be funny or anything
but there was a blind guy with his cane helping to load their boat after fishing and they has caught 29 on
a real real windy day. Was tough fishing because of the wind but had plenty to clean.

Thanks Probably try this week

Are the perch hitting in I-bay yet?
I am thinking it is about that time. Anyone catching them yet?

I-Bay Boat Launch
Have been too busy fishing other places and hadn't been there this year. Drove out to get ice cream and look at the bay and was
shocked to see the launch closed because of high water. Cant ever remember it being closed. Anyone have any information as
to if it will open at all this year?
Thanks

Beautiful beautiful fish. Had hook in my hand a couple years ago. Had to go to urgent care to get it out. Didn't want to but had to holler when they stuck the needle in to numb the spot

For your target get a morrell yellow jacket. I have a ghost 385 and it stops them bolts easily and
you can pull them out with one hand. They make a discharge target also. stay away from foam
targets. Anyone know shop that fletches bolts in the Rochester area?

Face looks like wolf but one thing you can be sure of. It will eat a lot of deer.

Anybody have anymore info on this ?
Maybe it was the fellow who said he was not afraid of the thin ice? I remember a few years back. There was an avid ice fisherman out on Sodus bay.
Ventured out for one last time around the middle of March and did not come back. They found his sled next to a hole in the ice. Needless to
say that one last trip was indeed his last.

I don't understand the logic that the pike would thin out the bass. Maybe why he was a hillbilly??? I also don't see pike as a bad thing for Honeoye but I know people who worship that lake and do not like to see it change so I fully understand why there shouldn't be any. Also heard a rumour several years ago that someone was farm stocking Hemlock from Conesus. No proof of it - I have never caught a pike on Honeoye or Hemlock. I don't think the sky is falling.
I know a guy that lives on Conesus and fishes it all the time who says the tigers that they stocked there a few years ago are eating the bass.
Says whenever he cleans a tiger, there is a bass in its stomach. DEC put a ton of tigers in Conesus to eat Alewifes that are eating the walleye fry.
The tigers grew really fast and instead eat bass.

The thing definately has some killing power to it. I saw Jim Shockey shoot a bison with one. One shot put a world of hurt on it. He did hit it with
a second shot just to end things quicker for it. This may have a niche in greater Rochester area during shotgun season where shotgun hunting
is not allowed.
