can anyone out there tell me if the okuma magda MA20 DLX reel will be enough for 8 or 10 color of 18# leadcore.i want the smallest reel i can get away with so i can mount them on my 7' shimano catana's.any help would be great.i would be using 15# braid for backing.

are the eagleclaws sold or is the shimano sold?

hey guys, i am trying to get started on fishing cayuga lake. i have never fished water deeper than 50ft.cayuga is a bit deeper than that. my question is,can i fish cayuga lake effectively with dipsy divers or do i need to get into down riggers.i have fished dipsy divers for a couple of years now, but only for eyes on erie and in lake wallenpaupack were i live.what is the average depth that i need to achieve on cayuga for trout and LL.i have only caught steelhead and salmon from rivers,and want to broaden my horizon a little bit. any advice would be great.
