They can come and go right? The deer and wildlife? No issues. Bad example.

Correct. It is his property. The fish however are not. This is not Russia or china? Really?
-
And to add, no one should have exclusive rights to profit from for fishing for the fish that I pay state fees /taxes on……

Love it! That’s a lot of work that pays off in a big way. Nice rig!

That’s some cool stuff right there!

Thanks Rick for answering. My question on having one or two optimums was regarding linking it to a FH, with only having the one probe, does the second downrigger also pick up that info via network? Sorry for the questions.

I’m sure the heck in. Thanks for the offer Rob.

So questions for you guys that run them;
1. Do you need the cannon transducer to bottom track or will it work with the fish hawk xd?
2. Will the sonar feature work networked to a hummingbird unti or do you need the transducer?
3. Does 1 unit suffice or could you use two when linked to FH or depth finder?
thanks

That’s awesome. What a way to hook one too. Looks wild too from what I can see. Old fish.

Glad you ended up with one to go with. Thought you wanted used. Noco is what I ended up with as well due to the lithium. Incidentally had a ground issue with it, after working with one of Noco techs they found a bad isolator. Saw spark when touching battery. Voltage was leaking back to the negative which is a problem on a aluminum boat. Apparently there’s not to be any spark when leads touch battery. They replaced it with a new one.

I have a dual pro sportsman 2 bank if interested. Had to switch it out when I went to lithium last year. Worked great. Let me know if interested.

Yep, Buddy confirmed. Boat craft marine. 585-415-8969 for those who don’t do Facebook. Excellent work from what I saw.

Fly n fish, I have a buddy who had someone come to his place to liven up his proline that was oxidized. Did all the work there. Came out stunning. Guy was local to Rochester. I can find out who it was if you still have the interest.

Agreed on the auto pilot. I put these behaviors in two categories 1) stupidity as to how to just be an a hole for getting to close to another boater or 2) stupidity as in driving drunk stupidity with not watching the bow when driving on auto pilot.
1) will generate a mess of yelling screaming, bottles thrown etc. people just being stupid.
2) can and will generate serious injury or death as been scene these last few years The offense should be a crime and has no room on the water.

Nice video! Beauty of a steelhead! Great tune too!

Lakers are in there. Caught them this time last year. They just stay away from Whaler cause they know it’s his favorite fish!

Yes, shot many a deer with them years ago. I actually remember my last time using it, a doe went haywire in a thicket after I shot her. Absolute comical how much string was in and out of the thicket that we had a laugh trying to get through it. I stopped using it when a deer a shot ran and string pulled arrow out which I didn’t really like a whole lot. Plus arrow drop at 30yds back then was about 3-5 inches.
