    Spring fishing has sucked! On Saturday, we fished for 10 hours with one release. We marked so many in one spot I'm shocked we didn't snag one. 10-100'. Nothing.

    I think that moving the fish back and forth is not good at all. Water only goes one way through the fish. It's not meant to go the other way. Torpedoing the fish is probably best.

    I'm 15 and I tie flies. My boxes are full and I need to sell some. Steelhead, browns, salmon, bass, and just about anything. Eggs, nymphs, and streamers mainly.     Has anyone been fishing off Selkirk on the shore? Going up Monday. Is there pack ice? Are the fish biting? If not, where have you been catching fish? PMs are appreciated if you don't want to share. Big time Cabin Fever.

    Can you catch Brown Trout on shore right now with spinners and stick baits? I planned on going up this weekend to camp on North pond and wanted to go fishing. Never fished this early and was wondering if anybody had any tips or any help at all. Probably walk the shore off of Selkirk or Mexico. Please, anybody. Just itchin to go fishin!

    I have an underwater camera and I want to sell it to put money towards a vexilar. It's barely used and I've had it for a year. It's in great shape. It has a carrying case and 60 feet of cable. I don't have a set price but if someone wants it for their price I'm willing to sell it to them if it is reasonable. I'm thinking it must be over 100 because I bought it for $350.00.     It's average is about 60 the deepest I've found is around one hundred.

    Landlockeds. Not many though. Haven't seen too many caught lately. You have to troll for them with spoons and rapalas.

    Last year was a very good year for legal fish. I fished four times on ice and pulled 6 legal lakers and plenty of dinks and had one medium sized salmon. But we never marked much bait because it never stayed in one place. There's big fish just have to dig through to them.

    I troll for Smallmouth in the summer. Very fun. Lake trout is fun through the ice. Smelt, too.
