Yes, You can fish in front of Millikan outflow still. I’ve only ever fished the outflow by water, but would love to fish it from land. Just never really knew how to get down there. Well as of now it’s pretty basic, I have 4 braided lines going out with flour more liters, all have a dipsy diver, flashser, then spoon on the end. Have tried all various colors of dipsys, flashes and spoons. Have been fishing in depths from 60-120 ft of water. This winter I’m putting two down riggers on each sides of the boat, so that will be a whole new learning curve with like and gear etc. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

I’m new to that trolling game and have been fishing the southern end of Cayuga Lake all the way up to the power plant. Have trolled both sides east and west and have had some good beginners luck by Taughannock and the Boy Scout Camp. If anyone has any tips or strategy that works for them I would be all ears.
