Emporium Outdoors

Tried, didn't do well. After hours of searching found a group feeding on baitfish in around 120 feet of water. They just didn't like anything we threw at them. Looks like my search for a big king will be waiting for spring.

Have they been catching any of the staging fish and is it worth the trip to try catching them?

I would be bringing my boat!

Looking to head up this upcoming weekend. Anyone have any to report?

Is it worth adding a second unit just to add full time side scan capabilities to the boat?

Hay thanks, where is your goto for weather in that area. And I do watch the weather starting a day or two before and even before leaving the house!

Jim Pahel located in Emporium,, PA Looking to get into some Kings this year on Lake Ontario. Trying to find out just when the bite starts up this spring. Boat it a 17.75 Lund with most of the goodies! Paint color is black and has Emporium Outdoors lettered on the sides. Plan on fishing out of Olcott, NY and would be interested in finding out more of where to put in, bait stores, etc. Thanks Jim
