  1. Hello, I am selling my Johnson 9.9hp pull start out board. It has many new parts.... New points and condensers, coil, plugs, wires, fuel pump, carb rebuild, lower unit impeller and oil was just changed in the lower unit! I believe it is a 1975 short shaft tiller steer. I will be adding a new idle knob when I get it, the old one was broken. In very good overall shape with some small scratches on the paint, but no damage. Comes with stand!   2. I fished lake Alice this Am with no luck. Was on the east side of the bridge 40-60 fow???? I don't know how deep. I will have to bring the flasher next time out.
  3. I have for sale is a 1987 Star craft 14 foot aluminum boat. I have paperwork for BOTH boat and trailer, in my name, ready to go! The boat is a deep vee style row boat. It has a 1987 9.9 Johnson electric start that runs great. Also installed on the boat is full lighting for night boating( bow and stern lights, plus cabin lights), Hummingbird fish finder, trolling motor, bilge pump (just in case) first aid kit. Everything is in excellent working condition and is ready to go fishing now! Trailer has new wiring and lights, also a full cover for the boat. Comes with gas tank, oars, life jackets and more....   4. Fished the north east side jigging spikes 4-5 fow. one dink.... TOO cold this am. Only out for about 1.5 hrs BUT did get a chance to use my new Jiffy auger form lady blue gill. Thanks!
  5. You might want to check with your local welder.... I had a bike carb done a few years ago that broke off one of the ears where the pin for the float goes.... Worth a try!
  6. Looking to upgrade my Riviera manual down riggers this winter. I know " They are ONLY 30 years old" but I thought it was about time! Other than age, they stick out into the boat too far so you almost have to walk around them when going to the back of the boat. I am leaning towards the Scotty's because of their mounting method. I see a loto of people have Cannons. Any opinions? LOADED QUESTION.......

  8. Great day with my family today! Took out my Father, Uncle and Brother who happened to be home from Nebraska! Great to be out with the family.Slow day fishing wise today.... Fished 6am till noon. 3 respectable steelhead Fished 75-225 fow 30-80 down. Purple thunder took two and the green/white spin dr. with fly took the other. Had 52 down 160! Both rigger strikes were for 40 down
  9. well did the 3-8:30 fish out of Sandy this time with 2 more guests! A little bumpy but we managed 10-11 mixed kings and Steelies with a big king coming off after a 45 min fight :x Fished 130-150 fow 40-75 down. Also today was a first with wire on a dipsy diver! Only 2 Steelhead off the wire but not bad for the first go round. Kings were all small and the steel heads were 6-8 lb range! Another great day fishing
  10. Thanks everyone. I was PUMPED! Still am I have to admit. That was my personal best for the King's, only been at this a few seasons. And using 2 old Riveria manual riggers didn't help none when they got near the boat. Almsot lost the big one a couple of time with the net, but got it in ok. Looking to up grade to Scotty's soon. I'll going back out now, but this time with 2 extra people!
  11. Went 4-5 today out of Sandy creek. Fished from 5-7:30 am after being chased off the lake from a bit of thunder. 3 kings and a nice steel head. Highlight of the day was my first double! One 16 lb and one 24 lb king on at the same time and I was by myself! Talk about a good time!!! Fished 140-160 fow and 50-80 down. Only fishing off the riggers (2 rods per person) NK purple thunder and ss that I don't know the name of! Will be back out Friday afternoon.....

  13. Did the solo trip Saturday. Went 6-7 with 4 kings a 12 lb steelie and a 13 lb brown. Not bad for only 2 rods in the water! fished 80-120 fow down 70-80 NBK was HOT!
  14. I have two new Daiwa 47lc and was wondering if they were ok for copper? I haven't run that yet and was thinking about giving it a try. If so, what size and length would be good? And a good rod? Thanks for the help!
  15. Lots of bait and marks on the bottom but no takers, except 2 skippers. Fished from 5-10 am Solo. 70-110 marked the most fish but temp was not good. Maybe good temp further out?
  16. Hello, I am selling my 1994 Dutchman pop up trailer camper. All brand new canvas in 2004 with receipt. Has roll out side awning was also new in 2004 It has a King and Queen size beds plus the table in middle folds down.... Sleeps 6 no problem. Has a roof top Air conditioner that works fine. Come with privacy curtains which are in need of tlc, but work. 4 corner leveling jacks, spare tire with cover, propane or DC fridge, lights, sink, coffee pot, microwave, fire extinguisher. t is about 80 x 120 when closed.   19. I have a Sub-Troll 900 and want to add a "Black box" form Cabelas because my down riggers have the stray grounding thing happening..... What do you think? Any problems???? Thanks!
