I have 2 Scotty’s 2116 pro pack. They are the newer ones with stainless rod holders and they extend to 5’. They are four years old and there’s always a lifetime warranty. These are the high speed Scotty’s that will raise a 20 pound ball at 260 ft./min. comes complete with bases knobs electrical connections and cable. These are 800$ to purchase. 975$ for the pair

  2. Brian those gobies are from 6' to 160' of water water. Their bellies always have the juvenile gobies in them, later on bigger ones. Food is all over the shoreline and so should the mix year class of browns. The 1yr' olds are far and very few in between. Something has happened. We can all come up with theories but they (biologist} really should figure this out so this doesn't happen in the future. I agree with you A- lure-A 100%.

  3. This by far the worst spring bite i have ever seen since i started in the 70's. I can't figure why. The only place i haven't been is in the 300' plus range. That might be next. Maybe the shore fish got pushed out deep found bait and are happy campers. Many years ago this happened in sodus. This dilemma is not just here in Rochester it is from mexico to niagara. Yes the bite was ok in march, but now not so much. Lakers are around thank god to keep some rods moving.  I am optimistic that things can and will get better, it can only go that way.
