I only run 8 lb weights on it..... I called fish 307 and he said there is a set screw in the middle of the cable wheel that has a whistle stop on the driveshaft ...Take the cable off.... I have an older mag 10 that slips on the way up.....I sent it to screwy Louie's last year and they said I need a motor... So I had them fix it... Low and behold it is still slipping..... Wondering if anyone knows what the slipping is?... .... Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

Had a ap 24 installed last July and it kept on course very well at salmon speeds....... First trip today it didn't keep course very well..... Alarm kept going off......
