HEY ... WHERE ARE THE HOLIDAY LIGHTS??????
-

Save the trip to Bass Pro ..... Sent my wife there yesterday. No Buckhorn
I have a traditions pursuit as well and last year was my first year using it and I have to tell you that it took longer for me to get it sighted in than it did my crossbow at 40 yds. I have asked people I know hwo are experienced and read reviews on line and 2 things seem consistent. 1.) Got to find the right load scheme and 2.) everyone seems to have found the right one and discounted what someone else has found to work. I am taking a trip to basspro fri. I am going to try some new things this year. I am going to try buckhorn powder with Hornaday SST as well as the 777 60g pellets with the hornaday SST lock and load. One review stated that at first he had no confidence in the pursuit ML until he found the right load and now he calls it his favorite.

Wondering where I might find buckhorn 209. Bass Pro is out. Would love to find it locally instead of paying the hazardous charge.

Agreed .... same here
The "hunker down" is still on. Spend four hours this morning still-hunting in 6" of quiet snow in some of the most beautiful clearcuts found on state land and never cut a track or bed. At home under a blanket watching football......crappy opening weekend!

Quiet in 8S ..... some shots early but really tapered down since mid morning.

You need to consider how loud some of these are too! I chose a Mission over several other popular brands based on how loud they were.

Nothing like hunting camp ... thanks for sharing!

And that's how they do it down there !!!!!!
I agree with boho607 ,
What was done down here , guy parked in barway , said he had permission for so and so was told it was his land not so and so. Guy parked there again next day , came back to find it covered with cow sh*t from the spreader . He never came back

That's a real beauty

Got some myself that I'm going to be using soon. Look forward to reporting the results

Recently picked up a couple new spin doctors. Wondering what fly to run behind Blood Death and the Watermelon. Any input is appreciated

I'm interested in adding to my inventory of Trail cams. Anyone have an opinion on what works best? I have some Coverts and Browning. Both have been satisfactory so far.
-
Dang !!! They didn't last long
-
you weren't off at all. Waxies, fatheads and oak leaf grubs are all the norm. Crayfish too! Thanks
