  1. thank you for the support everyone ,it means a lot to us as this has been a rough time. Path is more towards scleroderma after recent blood tests, will keep posted.
  2. I am asking for prayers for my wife Laurie. She is 35 and has been sick for months and been diagnosed with either lymphoma cancer or scleroderma, a tissue destroying illness. She has been through hell in and out of the hospital and been hard on our two girls 4yrs and 18 mos. She is not asking for sympathy, just prayers for a good outcome. Thanks, Kevin
  3. Early spring (march through early April) always had better luck on that lake running slow with the plate down. May just be my presentation but always seem to hit fish. Pick it up when water warms. Seem to hit a bigger class of fish as well. We usually pull wire as well as rigs, and boards so the slower worked for us. Never fished winter months but assuming its the same
  4. also slower troll (1.5-2.0) the better
  5. I am sure there are lakers deep near Bellhurst. Like Les said, try west side shallow for silvers. I REALLY need to get an outboard boat for this time of year. Broke my heart to put the Trophy up last week
  6. Four in a row and the Dallas mid season choke coming!
  7. update: after an 0-6 start now the SAME record as Buffalo  that is all
  8. Woody184 on here (Dale Copey) is right on the border or Walworth and Penfield. He does processing
  9. Fished the am with dad from about 815 to 11 north end. Set up at the pump house headed south. Four riggers one 200 dipsy 2.5 setting and a 7 color on an inline board. Gator glow spin doc reel hooked fly took about a 4 lb laker right away 60 down over 190. Kept heading south past Thendara with pretty much blank screen. Headed to the west shore in front of Wegmans old cottage and banged a 5-6 ish laker on the dipsy white board green dots green fly. Headed north and found a massive group of seagulls, loons and surfacing fish. Screen loaded with bait .popped a small fish on the leadcore and some how the board slid past the mono knot, knocked off the small brown or rainbow and broke the mono circled back and somehow when I netted the board my spoon (bloody nose stinger) was still caught on it phew! Picked one more small brown about 13in on a sutton 44 free slider then called it a day as the rain moved in. 3/4 on the short day all released. Talked with sk8man at the dock waiting for adm Byrd to wake up hoping one more trip for the year.
  10. Nice day! Almost headed out Monday am but the sw 20/30 mph predictions made me change my mind. Wind wasnt too bad early.
  11. Lmao! Archie needs to get a blood test on that Maury show for Eli lol I have to laugh it off, not use to this
  12. I left out 2nd worse in sacks and no running game and most turnovers
  13. ok lets discuss this, Pete, Vince and other blue loyal. 0-6 is not the start we saw coming. We have a suck o line, colorblind QB, horrible offensive cord., a safety who runs his mouth and cant tackle (Rolle) and a worse record than BUFFALO This season is a disaster for a team with 2 rings in last 5 years. I was counting down the days to kickoff assuming my football team was not a let down like my Mets every year but WTF!!!!!!! I know Coach C is not to blame, FIRE REESE, GILBRIDE AND FEWELL NOW!!!!!!!!
  14. They are saving themselves until the Blue Ghost makes another splash Les hopefully soon
  15. Smarter les lol. I have to get the side curtains and back curtain out of the garage and get into the boat storage and get it on there lol I become "fair weather" this time of year
  16. Planned on taking the boat out tomorrow , forecast doesn't look great . May end up pier chucking for a few hours in the am. Hate to get 6 or 7 rod spread out and have a big storm roll in. Been there too many times lol
  17. I am listing these for the wife of a friend who passed away. A large plano box full of large pike and musky rapalas, surface plugs, deep divers, dardevils and large spinners. Many of them are new and never used, approx. 60. Also has a few smaller dipsy divers, dodgers and jet divers. photos of the lot will not post for some reason, .She is asking $325/bo . Please call 585-690-1476 if interested with questions as I am only listing for her. Thanks, Kevin
