    Sorry I missed the tourney, fished the German Bros area from 7-10:30am. Went 4/6 laketrout, two on the riggers Spin-fly green and rest on the wire. McCallahan, I think I saw you, were you still fishing off the pump house? I swung in in the Trophy to see if that was a Key West.

    Thanks guys, the transducer was bad, works great now, only set me back $60. The guys at Bass Pro are very knowledgeable and helpful...unlike the store I bought the unit from, I know who has my business now!

    Hello, We have a 1 year old Lowrance 102c unit in the boat. Today while out the unit stopped reading off the transducer and only reads 2.4ft. All other functions work like speed, temp ect intermintently would work for a few then stop. Any ideas before I get a new transducer and rewire 25 ft of cable??? Thanks everyone Kevin

    Had the day from hell!! First off my 1 year old Lowrance unit would not read bottom or anything...transducer issues, went 0/5 lost a beautiful 'bow at the back of the boat, and last but not least someone hit the trailer fender in the parking lot on the North End Rampand broke a marker lamp :evil: But it was still nice to be out in October and had we had fun anyways.

    Anyone else be on Canandaigua Sunday? I will be at the north end ramp around 6:45am. If anyone else is headed out, give me a call on vhf ch. 68 "Blue Ghost" is the boat name, 22ft Trophy should be fishing pump house area.

    definatley in! If it is for lakers, I may break out the copper wire spools...place in the Seneca Memorial Day tourney for us 3out of past 4 years. Just wish I had the same luck in the Salmon tourneys:)

    Do you launch at the north end? The Trophy has an aluminum rod arch over the top, white canvas and is an i/o if you see us out there, name is on the back of the boat

    Should be going back up sometime midweek...trying to get my hours in on both the pier and on the lake before the boat is put up for the year...this time next year my wife and I will have our first little one, hope I can still get out as much!

    Fish Seneca very often and sucessfully all spring up to June until I gear for salmon on lake O all summer. How are the spinner fleas on Seneca? they were terrible the last time I trolled it in June

    Hey Doozer, went out on Canandaigua Sunday.I am as well done with Ontario for the year, I fished the Pump House on the North end, went 4/4 lakers all on green/glow spin doctors and green/glow atomik flies 60-80 fow. Watermelon 28's and dreamweaver frog patterns are also hot this time of year out there.

    A friend got 1 12-14# male on a green/glow 2/5oz, I hit and missed 1 :evil: fritz did the same as me...look for us, we will have the glow sticks in the beer bottles

    Glad to see I wasn't the only one with a bad day Off the Genny.... The "Blue Ghost" went 0/0 today, NO RODS FIRED!!! the first time skunked in 2 years...oh well it beat sitting home

    Sounds good FISHINMAN, I am planning on getting the boat out for "combat fishing" one day this weekend, but plan on hitting the pier as well. I also got skunked wed night.
