    Plug in or out?

    Just curious...Have a '99  2052 trophy that is stored  under a carport year round. Boat is sadly put away now. Drained the engine water  and then the bilge. Put the drain plug back in, always have. Transom is 100% solid like new since always inside, is it better to leave plug out in winter for airflow and moisture that may develop from temp changes? What does everyone do? Thanks, Kevin

    Put in final trip of a mediocre at best 2015 season . Launched out of North end about 9 am. Worked pump house to German bros and east side running a big square. Worked 80-120 fow. 4/6 all a little above average Lakers for cdga lake. 4 on dipsies 140 and 170 #2 setting various spin docs all took fish. Beauty of a day and fun trip with dad as always . Picked up about 12 to get home before the first grader gets off the bus. Met a lot of new LOU faces this year and made some new friends. The Blue Ghost is back in her year round garage but stripped of her equipment. ..always a sad day . Can't wait until next year !

    Fished Sampson yesterday Bob. Was going to head up to big lake but my 6yr old daughter asked to go to the "camping lake" to have a boat ride before school starts...couldn't say no to that lol.  Lake O reports being still 300-500fow didn't want to head all the way out there to have her get bored in an hour . Got 45 min in by the barge, decent 3-4lb  rainbow on a 180' dipsy green crush board /tournament uv fly while setting up that was dropped behind the boat and a 7lb laker  70' rigger Kayla started to reel while sitting on my lap then said "you better take this one daddy" lol  then rode around a while bc she wanted to go "fast" bc the fish were too big she said :lol:
