I have a 38 ft. park model trailer with deck and shed for sale on a nice lot on the shore of Lake Erie. Water and sewer is included with rent , electricity is not. The campground has a boat launch, pool, and pavilion. It is close to fishing: Sturgeon, Evans Bar, Catt, Center Rd. There is even a little tourny that takes place in July that includes a fishfry and party. I am asking $25900/bo.
