  1. Sounds like the same program we had as well. 3 small kings and one nice 28 pounder that took a mag firecracker spoon off our 10 color. Back at it tomorrow too. Anybody willing to work together tomorrow PM me. Sent from my SM-N960U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  2. Speed at the probe was 2.2 to 2.6 Sent from my SM-N960U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  3. Found the Kings hiding in 400 fow today. Riggers 45-65 down on spoons. Took 2 nice ones on 10 color as well. 5 nice matures this morning by noon. Early bite 7am to 10am gave us 3 small ones and then 10am hit and it was game on. Hoping for same results tomorrow. Water degrees down 65.
  4. Saw and did the same thing out of Olcot. Cold water in and one steelhead at 350 last evening. Blank screen Sent from my SM-N960U using Lake Ontario United mobile app

  6. What's everyone's favorite lure/program at dusk and dawn for staging kings and also for spring kings. Dark spoons? Slide divers? Only running 2 riggers?
  7. Copy that lt119. Same program here. Those majors are there. Just gotta move them off the bottom. Sent from my SM-N950U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  8. Started west of the harbor then fished more East Sent from my SM-N950U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  9. Morning started off good we hit three quick Kings in 265 fow. While netting the 3rd fish we lose the top part of our. It floats away and we hand line the fish over the back of the boat. Stop fishing to retrieve the net and head back in to the Boat Doctor to put our net back together. Thank Jim for helping us out. Get back out there and we we don't mark or pull another fish for 2 hours. We finally decide to move from our marks we've had for the past two days. Ended up 5 for 8. Not bad. Mag firecracker and frostbite off 45 & 50 rigger along with a slide diver at 90 did it for us today. Our hot bait from the last two days green leopard only took one fish today. Nothing off Stud Fly with 2 face SD. Sent from my SM-N950U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  10. Added another team member today and went 9 for 10. Got a nice steelhead. Pretty much same program as yesterday. 40-50 down with riggers the best over 260-320 fow. Had one King run across 2 diver rods and go between the rigger down line. Unbelievably but we got him out and landed it. Sent from my SM-N950U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  11. Mark's were here and there. We stuck around the bait. Sent from my SM-N950U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  12. Fished 300-400 fow and went 6 for 8. Rigger down 35 with a DW green leopard did most of the damage. One nice 15lbs. and others were 6-8lbs. Good start to our 4 day trip Sent from my SM-N950U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  13. Decoy Hound what was your program? We fished just inside of you 250-330 fow and saw many charters around us. We did ok Friday with just 5 kings. Biggest was about 12# and the others were 5-6#. That took us all day. Yesterday we did not move a rod until the afternoon and that was just for 3 shakers. Today we only fished a half a day and did not move a rod all a day. The ride back to Cleveland we ask ourselves what we did wrong. Changed down speeds at the ball from 1.9 to 3.0. Changed slide diver and diver depths from 30' to 70'. Ran riggers from 40' to 100'. Ran spoons and FF off everything. Ran 300 and 400 copper off boards. Ran 6" orange/crush SD off blue/gold peanut fly and 3/4oz keel sinker off in line board took 2 fish. Sutton 44 spoon took 1 fish off 50 rigger. My buddy loves his Sutton spoons. Another fish came off a 40 rigger with blue/white SD and fly. The last keeper fish came off a UV green frog spoon. The only thing I can think of is we didn't have a Firecracker spoon, Stud fly or Caddy Shack spoon like we heard all over the radio. Thanks for the great report. We were starting to think the lake was fished out. lol.
  14. What color is the UV tape? White? What are the size of the dots? What size flasher?
  15. Joe your boss says go to bed. I got my tackle packed. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  16. I am coming in from Cleveland Thurs. and was wondering if anyone had any reports for Olcott. I heard the lake rolled last week but was just wondering what the program was. Any advise or pointers to look out for, after the lake rolls would be appreciated. We fished there in the spring and did fairly well. I was hoping to come back for for some matures now in the fall.
