Very firm on price. $1500 for a boat that floats and runs with a trailer, new bimini top, and fish finder is a bargain...IMHO. It also has 2 cannon low profile swivel bases. Kyle

Here are a couple of pics. I don't have any good pics of the interior, but in the second pic you can get a pretty good idea of the condition of the interior. Will post more if/when I get it dug out of the garage.

Will post some pics as soon as I remember to download them off my camera. Boat is solid, runs great. Could use some new carpet on the floor and some of the vinyl is starting to show it's age. I replaced the back to back lounge chairs last year and replaced the vinyl on the rear seat cushions. Will put up pics soon. Kyle

I am selling my 18' Bayliner. It is a 1988 Capri open bow fish/ski boat. 125hp Force outboard, old bow mount elec. trolling motor, Humminbird fishfinder, new bimini top and slide rails, galvanized trailer. We went 4 for 7 sat afternoon. Fished from 1:30 to 4:00. All spoon bite...couldn't get anything goin' on flies...not even the proctologist. Had a few short strikers on the riggers. Boated 1 laker and 3 salmon...nothing big...but good enough to keep Kade smilin'. Beautiful afternoon on the water. It was nice to get to meet Jason and Kremer...would've chatted longer but with it getting dark so early now...we were itchin' to get on the water. Kyle

Hit the south end saturday afternoon. Had the best trip yet. We fished the west side on a continuous north troll (too rough to do much else) from 2:00 to 3:30 pm. Boated 3 decent lakers, and two LL. Dropped another laker at the back of the boat, and dropped a fish that we didn't get a chance to see. Five for seven in an hour and a half...Kaden thought he was in heaven. Best set up was a white spin dr. and white fly on dipsie out 175'. Kyle

Never gave it much thought Splitshot...I'll have to give that a try. Wouldn't think something like that would cause any more trouble than some interference...but who knows. Thanks! Kyle

I upgraded from a Humminbird 565 to a 788c sonar/gps unit this year and have had nothing but one big headache. When I changed them out I decided that since the new unit had the exact same transducer as the old one I would just leave the transducer on the boat. Everything worked fine for a couple quick trips, then the sonar quit working. Put the new transducer on and everything worked fine. Took a buddy of mine up to Seneca and after two hours, the sonar quit working again. Called Humminbird support from the boat and they had me change a bunch of settings trying to troubleshoot the problem, finally they said must be the transducer, we'll get one out via fedex today. Got the new transducer, everything worked fine. Took my buddy up to Cayuga, trolled for six hours, lost the sonar again. Called Humminbird support and told them everything that has happened, this time they asked me to send the whole unit back to them for testing, just got it back...with another new transducer. I have a hard time believing that I could get this many defective transducers in a row. I'll be curious to see how long this one lasts...so far I've been getting an average of ten hours out of each one. According to the one system screen...unit has 30 hours on it...and I've gone thru 3 transducers, just put fourth one on. Just curious if anyone else has had this kind of trouble...or if anyone has any suggestions as to what could be causing transducer failure. Kyle

I launch there quite often and several times I've seen an older man with a beautiful Trophy launching there as well. I don't know if he is a member on here or not. His boat looked to be 19 or 20 feet. Kyle

Didn't get on the water until 8:00. Didn't find much in the shallow water so we started gradually work deeper. Fair amount of bait and fish on west side, but we couldn't get anything going. Picked up 4 dink salmon, and a small laker. Fish are really spread out. Got one dink salmon on a spoon as it was flopping on the surface while I was resetting, and caught another salmon down 140'. Most of the fish we found were either around 70' or 140'. Turned out to be a nice day on the water tho. Kyle

Going up in the morning. I think we'll try the shallow water in the south end and work our way out deeper. Hopefully we can get something going. Fished around T-Falls last two weekends and couldn't seem to find the fish. Will let ya know how we do. Kyle

We were there in the afternoon. Launched out of T-Falls, set up just north of there and trolled south on west side. Picked up one laker about 8lbs right on the bottom in 70 fow. Crossed over to east side and trolled north, dropped a dink salmon off a slider. Beautiful afternoon to be on the water. Kyle

Just aquired a new boat and I am really pumped. It's a 2000 Triton 189 Walleye boat with very few hours. 150 Evinrude and a 8hp fourstroke Evinrude kicker. Can't wait to try her out...if the weather would just cooperate a little. Should be a nice improvement from my '88 Bayliner Capri. WOOOHOOOO!!! Kyle

Frustrating day yesturday. I had a Humminbird 565 (I think) fishfinder that I've fought with most of the summer. It would work perfect around home (30-40 fow) but up on the fingerlakes it would crap out occasionally and lose bottom. I upgraded to a Humminbird 788c sonar/gps unit recently and decided to use my old transducer just to see. New unit started doing the same thing. It would work perfect and all of a sudden the depth would come up to 6" and the surface would go red with clutter, but after a few minutes it would start working again. So, before I came up yesturday, put new transducer on that came with unit, worked perfect for a couple of hours, then started doing the same thing. But, a little while later, did something new, sonar went completely blank and depth number started flashing. Tried everything I could think of, couldn't get it back. Called Humminbird from the boat, they're sending a new transducer, so I'll see if that's the problem. Anyway, in the short time it was working, loads of bait and fish down around 70' in front of T-Falls, couldn't get any takers. We fished blind for 8 hours from T-Falls up to Sheldrake and down past the salt plant, both sides, middle, couldn't put anything together. Dropped a small rainbow at the back of the boat, and found a dink salmon once when we picked up to change our program. After reading Rollie's report from the day before, they musta had sore lips! Very nice! Wish I lived close enough to get out evenings during the week! Had to settle for an evening at my Dad's pond with Kaden and his cousin....it's all good tho! She was mighty surprised when she got ahold of this one!!!

I thought the same thing once I put the pic on the computer...looks like it has a little pink on it...but there was no pink at all on it in real life...so I assumed it was a LL. Now I'm not sure. Kyle

Sorry for the late report...busy weekend. Spent an hour punching out a really funny story to post...TWICE...and both times got redirected to log in...which I did already...and lost the post. So, unfortunately, my fingers are cramped up, and I'm not gonna type it out again. Anyway, the short version, really short version in case I somehow screw this up again, fished off T-Falls from 3:00 - 6:00 saturday. Boated one nice LL and two small ones. All came 70-90' down over 340 fow. Big one came on a Big Weenie vibrator fly behind a set of cow bells at 70' on the rigger. Kyle

No, didn't mark a lot of either. Found one big bait ball, but no takers in that area. Guess the fish we caught were the hungry ones that hadn't found the bait yet. Mostly marked small pods of bait with 2 or 3 fish on them. Kyle

Launched at T-Falls with my son, Kaden, around 11. Set up out front and headed north on west side. Picked up two lakers down 80' and one small salmon down 70', both over 300-350 fow. No weeds or fleas . Thanks Chowder, and Lil Troller for the advice Kyle
