Hey Fellas, Somehow I left my brand new kayak paddle at Selkirk Shores Friday after doing some brownie fishing. Its a carbon fiber, Werner brand paddle w/o a scratch on it. It has a black handle and red blades that I'd really like to see again. I take real pride in all of my fishing gear and im just sick about leaving it behind! Hey Fellas, Especially Kerchner, I come up from Jersey many times per year, maybe 35. I buried my beloved husky, Willow, on Big Galloo this spring. Heading up Wed thru Mon and would like to fish the Henderson area for the last trip w the boat. 3 questions. Is The Trench between Stoney isl. and Stony Point and where is The Finger in relation to The Trench? I have fished that area from time to time but never managed to find the Finger. And, is that some kind of staging area that may be more reliable than the zoo slightly south? Thx for any help Capt. Jeff Young

hey fellas, anyone know where to find a #12 sharkweight West of Rochester by Fri Eve. Lost one last wknd on the backside of a 5 footer and it seems that the closest shop with them is in Oswego (one hell of a detour)? Preferrably Black. Hey rod, I fished #300 pp last season on my big jons w #12 sharks and had very few probs. A few fleas here and there but not a prob and I fish out of Oswego. It was only one season but considering that i didnt have to listen to the wildly annoying drone of those cables I wont go back to ss cable unless i absolutely have too. Actually the only prob was finding the stuff, had to order a spool from Victoria Isl, B.C. Good Luck

Ive got two large Okuma LC levelwinds and id like change over to wire. Is there any problem w spoolin up #30 wire on a levelwind. I realize ive got to change over to rods that can deal w wire through the guides. any recommendations on a quality rod that wont break the bank(i need two). Best brand wire? hello again fellas, ive got to replace my antiquated cannon manuals before i lose a shark(or two at this rate). I love the idea of the big jon alum shaft( alum gunwhales are taking a beating) flexibility and the easy ball retrieval because of the tip up feature. I have made some mistakes before on big ticket items and would prefer to get an opinion or ten before i sign the check. any help is much appreciated! Jeff
