  1. Catch them all the time. In-shore. Look for rocks and docks/piers. Many times 10 ft or less, casting. Sometimes trolling 15-20 ft. It's tough to find the right structure. Many parts of the lake have none.
  2. Fishing Report Your Name / Boat Name: Kliph/ Crestliner ============== TRIP OVERVIEW ============== Date(s): 8-22-09 Time on Water: 4hr Weather/Temp: overcast Wind Speed/Direction: wsw Waves: 2-3 inshore 3-4 offshore Surface Temp: 76 Location: Wilson,ny I thought I would target Lakers and Browns. Where the thermocline meets the bottom and deeper. Somewhere between 60 and 85 ft. Not a great day. But still got one Laker and one Brown. Like I wanted. But the surprising thing is I was the only one there. The only other boat was out deeper, after salmon. It just seem like nobody is targeting those trout. Just wondering why. I know, salmon are more fun.
