Absolutely perfect conditions! Bumped a buck wile walking in that reeks of fun loving! Wile getting situated in my stand had a buck come through in the dark but to dark to tell what he was. Then had doe sneak in behind me and decided to think it would be fun to blow at me for 5 mins. First sit In this stand this year, right I. The middle of the bedding. -
2 more yearling doe, why do I even bother sitting anywhere else?

Back in where I had all the action Friday evening. Before I could get my gloves two doe have joined me and are still just hanging out. Wind supposed to be NNE but instead is more East don't get it! Very questionable wether I should stay In this tree.......

Can't believe I still haven't layed eyes on deer this morning, perfect out! Good luck on your recovery, if you got blood like you say and backed out for 24hrs I wouldn't be surprised if you are able to put your hands on him.

Yea forgot to mention that, wile climbing my tree I had a deer blow at me. As I type this have a racoon passing through. No deer seen.....

Couldn't ask for a better start! Wind said N and of course instead it is S! Not to mention I have been covered up with coyotes since I sat down and haven't had a shot yet.

3/4 of a mile from where I was last night, had a deer blow at me wile I was hanging my bow holder. Have had 2 die around me since day break for movement so far. Can only sit till 9 so something has to happen quick!

Just had ANOTHER 2.5 come from the other direction of all tge action hot on a doe, possibly the one I passed last week. How can there be so many 2.5 in spot without a big boy???

Not making this up have had two different 2.5 old 8s and finally a 3.5 but know shot! Hunting a my parents and while all that was going on they had a buck in there backyard. By far my best rut hunt ever!

5 more doe just came to the pond, pissing all over! Next thing ya know 9 point joined in on the fun grunting like crazy! Another 2.5 gets a free pass!

I would take the weather this season over last year's 70+ degree days we had last year. That was brutal!

8 mins to my lease, 4 mins to a 30 acre spot, and 3 mins to another 30 acre spot, round trip I can drive by all them to check for suspicious activities in about 13 mins! 6 more hours of work and off for a week!
