2x12,has been 2 years now,been trailered hundreds of miles and has been pounded through 8fters and its still there.the only problem is the small lip on the bottom of the bracket,when coming off or getting up on plane,it splashes a little water in the back of the boat,not a problem for me,but it does get your attention if you are sitting back there.

19 degrees and snowing,i dont have anything else to do!!!

i have a 25fthydra-sports with twins on a s.s. bracket.i had a friend make me a custom bracket made out s.s. and he welded it to the main bracket.if this is what you have,i can uncover the back of the boat and try to get some pics.

mikes marina in mexico,nothing fancy,basic t.v.3 bedrooms and a big l.r. and kitchen.no privacy,as the camp is right in the middle of the marina,but its great location if you are just looking for a place to sleep.bar and grill,tackle shop just across the street.

from the home page,scroll about half way down and look on the left side of the screen under quick links,there is lake ontario store,lou merchandise.

john e powell????i believe he is a lou member and is a custom rod builder.

didnt make it to wrights,but did check mexico point,no ice in sight,lake is only down a couple feet,so getting off the trailer shouldnt be bad,also,the pay station is tarped up,so launching is free.also checked the light house in the big salmon,that also is completely ice free,there is alot of crap on the ramp and a big log blocking half the ramp,but i think you can get by it.note on the door said its 10 bucks to launch,there are envelopes there to put money in and slip it through the door.

if you are not looking for anything fancy,i also recommend mikes,i have spent many nights in their cabins and you cant beat the price.great area to stay,good food at snyders right across the street or sticks just down the road,also have jons little salmon tackle shop just up the road.

i picked some up at the lotsa show this weekend,i believe the guy told me they are powder coated on the colored side.
