  4. If I were you, I would expect some money back from that guy or I would mention his name on this board...he'll pay. But also, I never would've bought without a test drive and good look over. Also if you bought the boat cheap...these things happen.
  5. I've never used copper, leadcore or dipsey divers before, just planers and some stickbaits in the spring. Hoping to get some riggers over the winter and take a shot at salmon fishing next summer. Big $$ and a lot to learn !
  6. Glad to see your doing well out there ! I had fun in the spring with the planers, never did get riggers though. It's smallies, walleye and Muskies for me now. Good Luck !
  7. Nice ! Believe I talked with you at Dick's a few months back.
  8. Lol, so I guess I need to go on a charter if I want any info on how to fish Henderson this time of year.
  9. Awesome! How are you catching them? Drifting, trolling or jigging?
  10. Skipjack...Google search and you'll find them and with a little research you'll find the best price.
  11. I'm thinking about getting some Digitroll 5's (2) to go with my new Humminbird 999 hd si. I know that these will bottom track and jig right off the graph. After networking the 2 riggers together, can one be plugged directly into the graph, or do I need something else other than just a cable. Because the graph is newest version do I still need Cannonlink ? I would like to order everything I would need all at once. I've never had riggers before so this will be a new, expensive endeavor of me. Have rods and tackle. Need rigger weights... 12 lbs (2)?? network cable and terminator, hook up to humminbird (?) , releases, weight retriever, flushmount electrical plugs(2),.downrigger covers .They come with swivel mounts I believe. I have batteries. I'm running a 20ft tracker Targa and looking forward to fishing walleyes in Erie as well as trout/salmon in Lake O. These also might work well at my place in canada for deep summer muskies and the St.Larry for that matter. Any suggestions on things I'm missing here or set up are much appreciated. Thanks, Gary "Keep your rods high "
  12. I went out Sunday evening and sandy was full of them

  14. Looking to get out on the lake at Sandy Creek this evening. Looking for info on water depth to run planers..still in 5-10 ft or out deeper running deeper diving sticks ? Looks like maybe 2 footer's on the BYC cam. Thanks
