  2. Great fish man!! You're the guy I met at the fastrack the morning of Big Fish Friday right? I was the guy on the team that won it. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  3. That's a hell of a Laker!!! The only one I know of that's ever been caught bigger than that was about 4-5yrs ago. 22-23lb laker. That's a Huge Greaser for that lake!!! Way to keep fishing when most people would've called it a day. That's a trophy fish on any of the Finger Lakes. Way to go brother!!! Sent from my DROID RAZR using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  4. Congrats Rollie!! We finished 2nd yesterday. That landlock was a nice one!!! We had a great box of fish as well. I think we're going to fish the Red Cross derby as well in a few weeks. Getting in and out of the marina was a pain in the nuts! I believe that I read we had to be in by 1:00 but weigh in was at 1:15 early riser. 6. Your bottom rigs were too far off the ball. 10-15ft. At the most I run. Plus the fish were suspended early on in the morning. After about 9-10am I like to slide out to 100-120. We're just getting off the water now, we crushed em' this morning in 100-140FoW. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  7. Dark Water is in!!! Sent from my DROID RAZR using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  8. I must've text the wrong last two numbers on the brown I said was winning. It was a 14.75. Lol the next biggest fish was a 13lb. Laker. Yeah Sk8man I know exactly what your saying about them Lakers. They make a mess of anything they touch. I think they crap all over just to try and get some revenge for being caught! Haha. 10. I was leading the Laker division at 2pm. With a 9.40 greaser. Don't know if I won or not? But judging by the bite this weekend I'm going to say I did. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Lake Ontario United mobile app

  12. That's your new leader in the Lunker/Brown category. 15.5 lbs. Caught by my buddy John yesterday afternoon. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  13. Today was awesome!!! That was probably the best light line fight with a greaser I've ever had. I was just happy to be a part of it. We win as a team, we lose as a team. Tight lines in the morning everyone!!! Sent from my DROID RAZR using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  14. Yup ,that's a Coho. Just starting to turn color. They turn a beautiful bright red! Sent from my DROID RAZR using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  15. I've had good luck with the Glow Wonderbread spoons or Glow Electric Blueberry or anything White/Pearl colored for the Lakers. As well as UV wonderbread or UV Burke's Valium. For the Landlocks I've been taking them on Puss-n-Boots ,Pooh bear Purple,UV Cotton candy, UV Boy/Girl, DW glow circus freak with copper back,or anything orange or copper. even the plain old Sutton #44 and #36 have been taking fish. Hopefully that'll help you out. I run them straight up with sliders or on dipseys,or Pro trolls/spin drs. Tight lines! Sent from my DROID RAZR using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  16. All I can say is....that was AWESOME! it was even more fun to be there to witness in person and dip for ya Brother! Great times. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  17. Fished the ProAm this weekend. It was some of the tougher fishing I've seen lately. That Friday storm and nasty wind Sat. and crazy wind this morning knocked the fish silly! Although we started marking more stable water early afternoon. I'd personally give it a few days of constant descent weather. The fish are scattered and pushed out hard. And very tight lipped. Hope this helps you out. Tight lines! Sent from my DROID RAZR using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  18. That's awesome!! Great to see you had such a good day. When the fishing is good it's real good. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  19. No problem brother! Yeah being first mate on the charter boat you tend to go with what has been working all season. When you can pull boards through those spots it's a slaughter. I like to see everyone have success on Seneca. It's not a real easy lake to fish unless you fish it a lot. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  20. Just got off the phone with the old man. He says the bite is tough! Running riggers and dipsys. Catching a lot of cookie cutters 17-20 inchers. Running 40-90fow marking lots of fish. Launched at Lodi pt. Then went to the west side trolling Serven to long pt. He said right on the shelf at long pt. The graph was full of fish. Went through there 4 times and caught 3 fish. All on brass stingers. I bet live bait still fishing you could pack the cooler! Hope this info helps ya out bud. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  21. Where are you launching from this afternoon? My old man is out on the water with clients as we speak. I'll get a report from him and let you know how the bite is. We launched outta Lodi pt. This morning. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  22. Just wanted to say hello to all my fellow anglers and introduce myself. My name is Josh I'm from Geneva/Lodi. I've been fishing the finger lakes my whole life. I love fishing period! Generally fish Seneca/Cayuga lakes I operate my own boat. 17' glastron. Do lots of downrigger and planer board fishing. As well as stream fishing. Mostly Maxwell,Catherine, Pultneyville, and Salmon river. Love fishing the big water whenever possible for Kings,Cohoes. Just looking to share information and my love for fishing with like minded people who enjoy fishing as much as myself. You can always learn more about fishing. Everyone has different tips/tactics. Looking forward to sharing information and tips with everyone. Tight Lines,Josh Sent from my DROID RAZR using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  23. I fish Seneca weekly. I'm first mate aboard the Seneca Chief (charter boat) the fishing hasn't been hot but not too bad lately. Been catching most of the fish (browns, rainbows, landlocks) in 30-60fow. Been taking Lakers on Seth Green rigs pretty regularly in 70-150fow. They've been having lots of action on the copper boxes running white twin minnows and white/glow peanut rigs. The weeds are starting to get heavy and the fleas are just starting to be a problem. We either run flea flicker or 30lb. Trilene big game. Without too much of any problems. The Scorpion Sized Stingers have been great this yr. UV boy/girl and anything brass or copper has been good. Monkey puke, burnt monkey,puss-n-boots,UV cotton candy, pooh bear purple, and green circus freak have been our go to spoons. Chartreuse orange or green DW and needlefish have been good too. Anything with dots on it have been producing as well. East side from Sampson to Peach Orchard pt. Has been good. If the weeds aren't blown in. West side has been good from Servene pt. To Dresden. The bite has been hot real early and tapers off by 10. Evening bite has been picking up around 5. Hope you find this information useful. Tight Lines,Josh. 24. No problem brother! I just love to fish. I like to see other people be successful too. It seemed like a lot of guys were fishing under the fish last Friday. I like to target the bait pods. A lot of times that's easier said than done though. With all the warm weather we're having the fish will be back to a normal pattern in a few days. 25. We fished out of Fairhaven Friday morning the 6th. Went 8/8. Fished 30-40 fow early on til 7:30. Went 4-4 on browns. Then moved out to 90-120 fow for kings. Caught a 12lb laker on 300' copper. Then ran a dypsy out 90' on the #3 setting. We were going to run it 100' but had a Kind slam it setting it out at 90' and in 90 fow. Caught another one 50' Down on a rigger 20' off the ball. They seemed to be scattered with the lake flipped but were hanging around 90-120' fow. By 11am the bite was over. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Lake Ontario United mobile app
