Nice catch congrats used to catch some walleye trollin past the oxbo years ago and pike pickeral and eyes down by white brook took the kids down to wide waters caught mixed bag

Got out early for bff wasnt anybody around so headed east couple miles graphed some fish down around a hundred in 160 set up riggers at 110 fixed slider at 95 other rig was 75 w/free slider headed north east 110 rig takes big hit when I reached 200 fow 45 mins later 22# king on the deck took silver glow spoon off fixed slide set back up turned around headed west back thru same spot twenty mins later 75 fires nice nine pound steelie on Mtn dew an atomic hammer Slept in a little today got out 7:30 put out same set except went west cause lots boats to the east sat down idled up to 2.4 took monster hit on 110 in 160 fow at first thought I wasnt payin attention and caught bottom fig no way at that depth then thought forgot to check drag and fig that'd good time to tighten it (dumb a$$) you know what happened next I need two new swivels a coast lock snap twenty five feet of leader a green gator spoon and try and remember where I bought that damn glow spoon oh well should've waited till it hit the backing to panic live and learn got bummed out so brought the riggers up to 65&50 left the SD on 65 veggy slide 50 blk an wh nk glow eye silver nk slider headed north at 3.4 first steelie came at 260 fow on mtn dew hammer fly ran out of the fish by 285 so swung around lost two more big steels and picked up four skips on blk spoon amazing how a twelve inch skip will hit a six inch spoon aggressive little buggers like everybody says the fleas are bad yesterday was a lot worse than today it seemed

Headed out of Hughes around ten water was nice so I figured I would head east and troll back there was a lot of boats out prob in 150 or so I set up in 80 fow marked lots of bait and fish 40 to sixty put out dipsy 50 rigger w/silver nk 28 and stinger blk grn cheater 30 rigger mtn dew SD grn fly never got turned around ten pound brwn hit nk went down came up and made left turn into dipsy line and tangled cheater tried to real in both at same time prob should've kept that up decided instead to hand line and when got it to net distance messed up and gave him some slack that was that. Tried to troll west just couldn't and boats were getting thick so packed up headed west of Hughes till found fish again past pultney set up with out dipsey this time down 75 in 80-100 fow got few small browns and 2 jack kings silver mag nk all the browns were spitting out 6-7" alwives one had tail stickin out one in mouth and my spoon he must've been hungry got tired of waves went home good day all in all saved one for the freezer

The guy I fished with years ago had a fish Hawk we were fishing out in front of river when pole bent to water was about to pull it out of the holder when realized the rigger cable was slack and whole mess was hanging on the rod off the release tried easin it in but it was choppy and release come off. I wonder how many are laying on the bottom?

Thanks for the shout out frogger I did same didn't get up in rain went out at noon.day before had lot releases out in 450 fow down forty to sixty every hit was on cheater watched 5 out 7 spit spoon twenty feet behind boat before I could get rod in my hand graphed a lot of bait. Sunday complete opposite went out to 600 no fish no bait came in to 180 found line bait 100 fish huge school 95-115 put riggers down in spread 110 fires turns into fifty min fight and huge coho in the net nice night glad to here you didn't loose any riggin
