  1. Chas0218 is right, These took the place of storm thundersticks when Rapala got them,, This was Rapalas design of the thunderstick, They didn't catch fish so Rapala went back to the storm style minnow,, Reason im looking for this one in this color is because i lost the only one i had fishing last Saturday, Yup fish took it,, It was my go to lure when everything else failed.
  2. I m looking for this color Rapala Thunderstick,, In the Jr. size, Pm me Fish-on!
  3. we fished the same depths 4 weeks ago,, water temp. and color didn't matter,, we found the bait out in the 20-28 ft . range. colder clear water and that's where we caught all our fish, No cookie cutters, All browns with good size to them,, We went back up this past Saturday and set up on our same gps headings, Fish were still there, Just scattered out,, All fish were released back, including a real nice Atlantic. Think your right Adk 1

  6. We took 20/3 yesterday, Sticks worked good, Then I found the ticket, Rigger down 12 back 80, That set up seemed to be steady,, Green alewife spoon did the hammering, Sticks in black/silver and Green/silver worked as well, Biggest fish was an Atlantic at 16# even, Smallest brown was 7# 12 oz. All fish were caught in the 25-28 ft depth. East of Little Salmon to catfish. Good luck guys

  8. Oh, Now I hear it,, You don't want me to go there,, What was that? $100.00 an inch we figured.
  9. I guess that was a ghost I seen land that fish! Hahaha,,, Who's boat we using this weekend? Mine or yours, Oh wait! I guess mine, Yours only catches small fish,, Plus you got your trailer all torn apart, No wheels.
  10. Berkley Big game mono 12# New line, Still had break offs. I don't think they were browns. Oh, And that fish that flyers 10 is holding, That was landed on my boat.
  11. Hey Dennis, You guys need to head over to Mexico, Better fishing.
  12. Saturday we started out of little salmon, Headed west to catfish, Had steady pick of Browns all the way over there,, We found the most action was just west of catfish creek in the clear colder water, It was odd, Fished 42 deg. water and nothing, Seemed they liked the cold clear stuff 35-37 deg. Only got two cookie cutters and a Steelhead, The rest were all browns from 8 lbs and up, They all came on small stick baits, Fire tiger being the best color and some of my own custom painted stuff,, Sunday was another story, The bite slowed and we found most fish that wanted to bite were just out in front of the Little Salmon launch heading East to snake creek out in 25 ft. of water, Larger sticks in natural colors worked best. All in all had a very good time fishing, We went somewhere around 22+ boated 8 break offs and lost count on ones that got off. Buddy of mine ended up taking a Big hook jaw brown to get mounted. Hope to be back there soon.

  16. Started out of Myers figuring we'd have a good day,, Nephew wanted to go north to AES, And i said no all the fish should be south down in the dirty water, Made the turn left headed south and I seen what I thought was a 55 gallon drum, So we headed toward it, It was a cooler,, I looked about 250 yards down the lake and seen something weird looking, So I figured I'd head toward it,, This is out over 250ft deep water,, It was a boat flipped over with a guy clinging for life to the lower unit of his motor,, We got to him and that's all he said was the boat flipped, He had a life jacket on and boat cushion around his leg,, We barely got him in my boat,, I knew if we let go he would've been gone,, He couldn't move his arms and legs,, He said he'd been floating for over an hour. We got him back to myers and in his truck running the heater, Nephew and I went back down the lake and towed his boat back,, Still upside down to myers,, Just wanna say thanks to Bear and Tom B. For helping at the launch with that boat,, Hope that guy made out ok,,, What happened is he hit a log out there, The back side of his boat was smashed in pretty bad.. So anyone fishing south of myers be careful , Theres logs all over floating,, As far as fishing,, We fished till 530,, Got skunked buy didn't care,, We saved a guys life.
