  1. Could be called Green Nuke. NK made a Purple Nuke & Green Nuke for a bait shop on Lake Ontario whose name escapes me. I ordered 2 of each for walleye fishing on Lake Erie. Purple worked, green not so great. I think those 2 colors were only available via that bait shop.
  2. I don't have your same engine, but several years ago I had similar problem with Merc 7.4L engine. It would start right up & run for a while. Would die when accelerating or under heavy load, would run OK if I pulled it back to an idle. Mine has mechanical belt driven fuel pump. GM eliminated block opening for fuel pump because of fuel in injection in 1993 or 94. Merc kept carburetor for a couple of more years & used belt & cam to power it. Replaced the mechanical pump & all problems are gone!! I was told they have 2 diaphragms inside & they get stiff from lack of use in the winter & ethanol in fuel. Found the pump on https://marinepartssource.com/ They carry a lot of Merc parts at fairly reasonable prices.
  3. You need to put a jet diver in front of them. I run 40'. They come with a chart to show how much line to let out for a given depth you want to run. I like the Big Fish Tuff Tru-Trip Deep Divers. https://www.franksgreatoutdoors.com/big-fish-tru-trip-deep-diver-c-trutrip?gclid=CjwKCAjw1v_0BRAkEiwALFkj5rn8T-cvmXHE4xFNAOffrWXymi_cjGkpBA_znj5JpCrSi031Pd8PghoCUOAQAvD_BwE
  4. Did a quick Google search & this place shows that they have 2 for sale: https://www.nlamarine.com/products/mercury-60292a1-throttle-coupler-coupling-50hp-60hp-70hp-650-3cyl-1975-1990
  5. Do you still have any of the Digi-Troll IV's for sale? JMW
  6. Thanks 'Bout Time, I will add a stop when I get back to my boat on Wednesday. I've got an extra Weldon release with the rubber pads that I will put on the planer line to stop the Clippers from sliding. I've got a line that I pull in planer line with to attach fishing line to releases, I'll add a short piece of cord to that line & attach to Weldon release that I am going to use to stop the Clippers from sliding. Great idea!!

  9. Yankee Troller: When you are using Amish Outfitter's Clipper Planer board releases with the brass sleeves & SS weights, how do you keep the releases from sliding down your planer board lines when you are letting the boards out? How do you keep them from sliding down the planer board line until you are ready to use them? Thanks, Jim's Jewel
