  1. Also, you will want the right release. I used chamberlins and was very happy. You don't want to drag a 12" around
  2. I would say focus on leadcores and dipsys over riggers. Last year there was no comparison of the bites that came of the other 2. Riggers are pretty slow for eyes. But, I ran sticks 20-30 and harnesses longer. Sometimes 50-100' back and caught fish.
  3. I don't want to go off topic, but have you considered the weighted steel ? Appears to have a ton of benefits over copper.
  4. Been there. Done that. Somewhere on here is my thread of the restore project. I would guesstimate my total cost of materials was around $600.00. Tough to say the hours spent just on the flooring as I did a complete interior job. I'd say if your pretty handy and you have some time, a few full days of work and a few days of dry time for whatever you use to seal the wood. I never priced local shops, so I can't help there. Again, a guesstimate would prob be 2000-2500$ ? Call around and get prices and price your materials online. Lots of guys on here have done this so help is here.
  5. Do you know if these will fit in a Scotty base ?
  6. Nice foxy lady last night.
  7. I am def open to real, cash offers. Located in Buffalo area.
  8. I see them go for about 1500. I put all the important parts on it, have controls etc. So I'd put it on Craigslist for 1800ish but I'd assume I should get 1500.
  9. She pushes the nymphO at 33 on flat water.
  10. Plan is to repower the nymphO and I wanted to see if there's some interest in my motor. 1990 70hp Evinrude. Salt water edition (never in salt). Power trim/tilt, all controls and cables. I'm the second owner. Original owner claimed very low hours, and I only used it 1 full season. Vro has been removed but I have pump. Lots of new parts. Great compression. Runs like a champ. Spare prop and other misc parts. Open to reasonable offers

  15. It's a great show. My son and I go every year and will continue to in the future. The vendors always chat it up with my son and I know he loves that !@stillfishing was nice enough to mention to my son he had seen his videos on YouTube, after he walked away my son started calling himself a rockstar. Made his night. Maybe when he gets older we will hit the seminars. It's nice to put some faces to names / brands and see new gear or gear you've been considering. And of course I always spend a bunch at the A-Tom-mik booth.....
  16. They both have cable, one is coated
  17. 275 shipped in the lower 48.
  18. Hans does some absolutely amazing work. The details are unreal. If you ever get the chance to see one in person you will be amazed. I was lucky enough to see him at work. You cannot compare his carvings to any other mount available. I actually have a guided trip setup for the lower river steel and browns and will also do a musky trip with him this summer. Can't wait for the lower trip !! The guy knows his stuff and I have a feeling he's gonna put me on some fish!
