  7. Graphs mounted. Troll master mounted. Kicker mounted. Pass seat mounted. Going to need another steering rod. My old one from my last kicker is not long enough. Again, I'm tired !! Bed, then baseball, then boat. Sunday is closing in.... Sent from my XT1650 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  8. Check out the Chinook divers. I'll admit I only ran them on one trip but they ran great and dive perfect. Made in Rochester NY. I bought the smallest size and ran them on a #3 setting. Sent from my XT1650 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  9. Wanted the 72 but found a deal on the 60" I couldn't pass up. After dropping it down yesterday I think it will be well over 1' in the water if not 2'+. If there's some serious chop and it starts coming out I'll just have to run kicker. I mainly got it for the auto pilot feature and the spot lock anchor mode, for when I take the kids jigging. 10. Motorguide xi5, gps/sonar, 60" 24v Sent from my XT1650 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  11. Lots of good stuff !! Looking good ! And I'm not certain I'm fit for a full time boat Reno job, but if you think of a catchy name, I'll consider a partnership. Lol. Sent from my XT1650 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  12. Electric on. Kicked my butt. Lots of rusty nuts and bolts on bow rails. I liked em but they had to go. Had high hopes for another long night, but I was up early after turkey's and put in a day's work too... Drill battery died and I took it as a sign to pack up. Tomorrow is another day Also had a suprise visitor over to inspect....always good to meet other members. I had to be easy to spot. 20' boat in a 15' garage Sent from my XT1650 using Lake Ontario United mobile app

  15. Trying to keep it local Sent from my XT1650 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  16. Hoping for something local to buffalo area. Budget is low after boat build but I need to have an extra set on the boat, just in case. As long as they match, I'm not overly picky with style. Try tru trac style, torpedo's, sharks, etc. Don't want pancakes though. Lmk what you have and how much. Thanks !! Sent from my XT1650 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  17. Honda is ready for trollmaster. Lower unit oil, oil change, plugs, impeller and gaskets... Fired on first pull. Ran like a top and pee'd water like it was ready to pop the tube off !!! Love it. Gonna try and get a bunch more done tonight as well. Sent from my XT1650 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  18. Wiring... Done. Just need to zip tie everything and tidy it up, tighten down all connections and coat with grease. Cut/routered/stained wood for gunnels. Will install tomorrow with tracks and triples and riggers. Getting close to "fishable" Sent from my XT1650 using Lake Ontario United mobile app

  22. Some progress since the snow dissapeared and the sun came out. Got 90% off the wiring done, just need to hookup batteries and see what happens...lol. Need a few odds and ends but should go quick Lined up my riggers, tracks and triples, but I need to redo some wood on the back before I can mount everything. 23. I'm liking where this is heading... I'll spread the word to some vets I know in the wny area Sent from my XT1650 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  24. I hear ya, my thinking was that the Derby would be focusing on the vets, and I think for a second that any of us would lose that overly competitive attitude and lend a hand so we all get on fish. Either way, it's fishing and nothing is guaranteed. There's not a vet out there that's gonna pout for not "winning" and there isn't one of us here that won't try our best to get a jumby flopping on the deck. 25. It's a tight fit. About 2-3" each side and boat backs in to just past the windshield. It will work for now, would just like the weather to cooperate a bit !! Thanks again !!!! Sent from my XT1650 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
