I want to set up a couple short core reels to use this spring on Owasco. I'm not sure the best way to go with it. How many colors? Type of backing? Length of leader? Rolmops, thanks for the reply! One of the main reasons that I wanted try a Copper rig was that Lyk2fish has been slaying everything Owasco has to offer on them. I'm just trying to learn what I can about them so I can hopefully make the right decision on how to set up and use one. My wife and I have had a very decent summer of fishing for us on Owasco useing riggers and core. We've learned so much from you guys here on the forum and appreciate it tremendously! Long time... My core should cover down to 50-60 ft and want the copper to get me to at least 70ft it would be nice tho if I could use the copper like the core and let out what's needed for different depths on a board....
