Had one break off in 140fow and then caught this in 115 fow down 85 on a rigger with a sea sick waddler mag spoon. Only three boats out there today. Headed out around 6am with intentions to target Salmon but my fish hawk had other ideas. Kept reading 03.8 on ball temperature so we abandoned that plan and went after Lakers. We ended up 15 of 16 with two over 20lbs. All were caught in 95-115 fow on gambler rigs. We ran past cow sucker creek and got my probe and cannonball caught on something which snapped the line. Manny, the fact that you ended up with some decent fish after a day like that is a huge win. Your bad days are better than my good days on the lake. We ran out fished 145-200 with 155-170 bro ng the best. We ran flasher fly's, meat rigs and spoons. All three presentations took fish. We ended up with 17 kings. 4 or 5 we're skips though. Went out this morning with my brother in law. Started in 80 fow to 160 on a northwest troll. Only got a small salmon. Decided to try for Lakers and landedA a decent fish. Lost another one as we were bringing rods in. Perfect water conditions but tough bite this morning. Learning each time we go out.
