It measures right around 32 feet long, model 31FRBH, (BH is Bunkhouse) has 2 slide-outs, comes with hitch. Garage kept! Go off grid with full solar power. BH stands for bunkhouse, this model has a set of bunk beds in the rear, queen bed in the front (new $900 firm mattress), plus a sofa bed and dining area that converts to bed. As for extras, it was factory made with extra tall master bedroom and heated basement. Not sure if upgrade or not but has 80 gallon fresh water tank and 2, 40 lb LP tanks. Upgraded batteries from 2 to 4 Optima Yellow Tops, added 2,000 watts of solar charging and a 2500 watt inverter. Also added TracVisions in-motion fully automatic Directv satellite system and 2 flat screen tv's with built in DVD players. Given the great condition and extras, the owner would need to get $25k for the unit which would include the 5th wheel hitch if interested. Selling a Scotty electric downrigger, has coated cable on it, I believe it's an 1106, has extendable boom, the counter doesn't work properly but I always just used my fish finder to see how deep it was. Sold boat so I have no used for it. Have a 10lb weight for it also $350 Dan 315-525-3180 -

I have an old manual Walker downrigger, unfortunately there is not a rod holder attached but it is loaded up with wire. Easy to use. A three piece fly rod I would like to get rid of, used two or three times, works great. Also have a few rods that have broken tips, willing to get rid of these to someone who likes to repair rod tips or wants to get into fixing rods. I just don't need the extra poles and I know there is someone out there that fixes them as a hobby that could use them. Willing to sell or trade all items.
