  1. timfisher, this sounds awesome, very exciting, can you tell us more about it ?? I'm in !!
  2. This update was put together by headquarters under Gerry Bresadola, David Wilson and Chris from St. Peters are making up coordination I would like to add the following: A-TOM-MIK would love to promote early entry this year, headquarters has moved "forward" with increasing the quality of food for 2010. The same outfit that cooks for the Jim Hartegan Memorial tournament headed by Tommy Germain will be doing the cooking, some very good foods that many of us have enjoyed for many years under Tommy Germain. For those who enter early this year and buy-into our entire event: ie; tournament, food tickets (date to be noted) you will be eligible for an extra prize through A-TOM-MIK: to be announced One of the hardest things for headquarters to conquer is the amount of participation, much readying is in store on that note, a daunting task dealt with each year. Like Gerry noted: More info to follow Tom
  3. The A-TOM-MIK CHALLENGE will be held on June 26, 2010. This one day tournament has improved in each of the preceding years and we fully expect that the 2010 contest will be bigger and better than ever. You might say it will be an A-TOM-MIK happening. Tournament headquarters will be located at the St. Peter’s Outfitters Tackle and Marine store located at the Oswego Marina. The address is: St. Peters Outfitters 3 Basin St. Oswego, NY 13126 315-345-6683 You can sign up at the store or you can sign up via credit card by calling or visiting the store. This year in addition to the big fish 100% payback prize, a second big fish prize of $250.00 will be donated by the Eastern Lake Ontario Salmon and Trout Association. To win this prize at least two members of the team must be members of ELOSTA. Reps will be at the June 25th Friday night rules meeting. . Fishing hours are 5am to 1pm with weigh in running from 12 noon to 3pm. A sumptuous dinner buffet and fun filled awards program will begin at 4pm. We hope you will join us and compete for a whole barrel of cash and merchandise prizes. Please keep in mind that cash awards and dinner counts need to be decided prior to the actual event. So please sign up early it really helps the event committee. More A-TOM-MIK CHALLENGE news will be forthcoming. Ain’t it great!
  4. Gold works !!!! Bring an oz., good for a cool grand worth of A-TOM-MIK STUFF
  5. Also we are getting low on our new 15.5# Torpedo trolling weights, we have plenty of the 13# left but only will have about 14 (ct) of the 15.5 available (as of now) for the show, we will reserve the order for these as well w/deposit
  6. I like Troutmans attitude !!! (: For those who have inquired about payment at the show Cash is best !!! We will accept a check however I reserve the right to publicly post your name on United if it bounces higher than Steph (not that high) I will also bring a laptop for use of our new virtual terminal if you must use a card (or if you spend more than you planned (: (: ) I am not sure on service however as we will be running off whatever local broadband that may or may not be available. Also for the first few hours if it is hectic like last year I will not be abet to take the time to run a card, just later when it slows a bit. Tom
  7. Hi Sean I apologize for not responding to your request earlier Please call me, if you do not get me please call again at another time, certain model reels are now scarce or out with no replacements before LOTSA, deposit/rain check type deal now available due to this 315-207-0391 Tom

  10. Rod, Will you have die-cuts there for spins doctors? Last year they were quite popular and I am very low on stock, didn't plan on bringing them Just wondering, will save me some work? Tom
  11. I am not sure on the wire I am getting calls to save this or that at the show Except for copper loaded reels at this point I am not putting any further orders together pre-show We will have about 200 spools of copper and over 1000 fly bodies at the show, we are not loading up on the most popular flies, we will have some of all however but we are taking into consideration future sales through our dealers. Thanks for the interest Tom
  12. I have bid up to $65 to $85 on e bay no luck, they are worth their weight in gold on there Still interested !!! Will entertain offers, I would consider a few of them I am old school, there may be a better mouse trap out there, but I have used a few of these for about a 12 year period a while ago, each one I retired did not owe me a thing, used em to the extreme as well. Elements burn out with over-use but that's ok !! TYVM Tom 315-207-0391
  13. COLEMAN FOCUS 5 RADIANT PROPANE HEATER, 3500-5000 BTU ADJUSTABLE INPUT. Wanted, Coleman heater, runs off propane, used them a lot back in the ice fishing days of 1987 to 1999, after 99'- 00' they were no longer made Shown in this image I will try to get a better image If anyone has 1 or 2 of them I would consider paying from $25 to $75 depending on condition [email protected] Tom
  14. Dave was taking into consideration the amount of time all weigh stations would have to be accountable, as much as most of us feel these shops are "open anyway" many will close early from time to time. A 30 day period to at least try his best to make sure each every weigh station will be available for all of us is a daunting task. This event was well thought out as far as taxes, weigh stations, trout sizes, boat fees, alotted available monies, etc etc. If this event doesn't fly it will be a shame as I feel it can work flawlessly under Dave's lead. Granted it is not for everybody as you have stated due to your down time, but with the addition of the $1000/day also, it is looking like an action packed summer with something to entertain all. Tom
  15. June 19th July 18th 2010 It is my understanding if the tournament has enough interest it will be a go, and once the quota is achieved you may still enter the derby after May 15th However a key note to keep in mind is if you are entered in each event (Summer LOC and the LOC Boat Derby) you must follow rules associated with the Summer LOC itself to be eligible for a Summer LOC entry. You can read more here http://www.loc.org/ Tom
