  1. There is not a trailer for this boat. Sent from my SCH-I405 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  2. It is a larger doghouse, but it can be worked around rather easily... I routinely fish with 3-4 guys on this boat and like anything, you figure out how to best utilize the space you have. You can fight fish right in the corners or even better is right on top of the wide doghouse! I cannot even dream of counting how many fish have come aboard this boat...

  4. Rick, Congrats on the win and more importantly understanding what you had to do in tough conditions to protect your lead.
  5. John..nice to hear screaming drags again for sure!
  6. Another beautiful day on the Big O... calm waters, sunshine and some cooperative fish. Never dialed in a big king bite this morning, but had a nice mixed bag of lakers, steelhead, kings and another brown out deep like yesterday, nothing bigger than about 10 lbs,... Suffered from a number of short hits later in the morning on the junk lines and sliders as well...we'll never know what they were. Best depth was 220-300 off the bay, from the surface to 110 down. The target zone became mainly 40-50 down as the day wore on and the screen showed it as well. Riggers with sliders at 40/50 and 100ish, wire divers at 100 to 150 with spinnies (No see-um, mixed veggie), 5 and 10 color cores and top lines all took shots. Bright day spoons became best after 9am, mixed veggies, silver/green glow, orange crush... Good luck to everyone this week... hope to put one back on the board next weekend...
  7. Kings were all a spoon bite for us off riggers. Glow green NBKs, Orange Stingers, black/gold lazer spooks
  8. Covered 40 fow to 250 fow. Started shallow to keep them honest and found ice water out to 100 and it finally began to warm somewhat. Ended up mainly working 190-230. Mixed bag of big kings and lakers and a token brown trout as well. Surface to 100 down took fish. Highlight was a 23-1 king on the board that nearly caused us all to have a heart attack... ripped the free slider on the rigger and proceeded to aerially attack our Church boards with leadcores a total of 5 times clearing water! She ended up tangling a slide diver and the 5 color core in the process after a lengthy battle it broke off the rigger rod only now be fought on the 5 color rod... as it got closer to the boat we realized that the slider was in the gill and wrapped around the mainline lure. the mainline luire was then hook to hook with 5 color lure.... needless to say after about 40 minutes and many words that CANNOT be repeated on this board.... we got her to swim into the net and have video to show the end of the epic as well... All in all a great day with friends and the fish cooperated... not fast and furious but rods snapping every half hour or so with good fish. Back at it tomorrow!
  9. The Costa mirrored finish does not hold up around the edges of the frame, mine are showing it after 3 years as well as my brother's. My Ocean Waves never did it, the mirrored finish is perfectly intact around the edges and everywhere. I will eventually send the Costa's back into the factory for replacement. Both lenses are great for serious outdoor activities on water, I am merely commenting on the reality of what I have observed.
  10. Costa 580's or look at Ocean Waves... only problem with the Waves is finding a place to try them on... I still have a pair of Waves with lenses that are 15 years old... I am not certain that my Costa lenses will last that long before the mirrored finish will delaminate.
  11. I have 2 spare displays that came as part of an ebay auction a few years ago. I verified functionality when I got them but have not in a few years. I will be getting into the boat the first weekend in April and will check them both out.
  12. Readout display or the probe for the 285 Command Control?
  13. I have a pair of Daiwa 47 Accudepth LC's (older version with gold sideplates) spooled with 30lb wire (at least 900'/reel) and paired with 9 1/2' Daiwa Heartlands (Green) with twilli-tips. Rods and reels are in good condition with usual cosmetic issues from use. Reels were torn down and lubed this past summer. $60/ setup.
  14. Jason, Thought you were all about Country...not Gangsta Rap!
  15. 1 3/4" OD Model OH2016F. Invested in a pair of wishbones and now have these for sale. Great condition only being used on freshwater. Make me an offer! http://www.leetackle.com/gunnel.html
  16. Right on the mark... Fishfighter and Yankee! My exact thoughts when the new plan was rolled out and still my thoughts after competing in the Orleans this year. Bring back the old and provide a two day tournament that actually separates the men from the boys. Spreading the wealth thru a socialist agenda is poor economic policy and becomes worse when applied to a fishing event that waters down the competitive juices. The original intentions of these events were to be a two day tournament, the big dog was the team that strung together two days of solid fishing to win the crown... Day one was a prelude to Day two, could #1 hold on or not? The answer has virtually always been no and that's the beauty of the two day event. This tournament series must go back to differentiating itself itself from single day events or it will fail next year. Respectfully submitted to the many organizers that have devoted countless hours to planning these events and placed themselves in line for this scrutiny.
  17. Atta Boy Deuce!!! But I really could do without the visuals!
  18. LMAO.... This is beautiful... Guess they were getting very desperate at the office in Buffalo to try to get some REAL information about the lake...
  19. Whatever it is...been there for at least 20 years... [ Post made via Android ]
