    i would say a risk like anything..My wife has a refurbed phone and i think i got a tv that was refurbished. The tv going on 7 years and my wifes phone never had an issue in 4 years. would be interested to hear from someone who purchased a refurbed fishfinder

    Not sure how old you want to go but there is a 17ft 1998 for 5k in new hampshire/boston area. Looks like a nice boat. I did see that one already but thank you.     so i found a boat i want to buy but of course its just on the other side of the border. I have googled the topic, looked on customs website and even from the advice from another member emailed his friend that imports and exports cars. But i am still confused and i am looking for the truth 1. Transfer of registration and bill of sale at border is all i need 2. There may be a dutie of 1% on boats at border (also been told that this is for new boats not used) 3. Canada has no titles but just registrations for boats and trailers? is this true Any other info from guys that have done it?
