I was giving advice on the subject at hand. Not an insult or judgement. That lake has limited access like stated above. Which is why I presume no body wanted to include that there is or may be a public access outside of the ones your stating. I gave my two cents. Clearly it was tossed in the lake. I use a panther T4 with wireless remote steering. I have a 28 trophy. Yamaha 9.9ht. I am able to control my boat reasonably for the cost.. compare to an autopilot.. My unit, all panther t4 are not a fast working unit. Not meant for the nasty days. When it comes to mounting your motor, be ready, your panther can only steer so far, I recommend as center as possible without protruding onto your other electronic devices. Marine hull cleaner even sold at walmart, also your local marinas is called "on-off" acid cleaner. works amazing. Its my best friend, Wear gloves and a mask if youre down wind or even in a close area, powerful. Good luck. Nick
