  1. hey guys, i got some info on my navco autopilot the other day in my boat. The guy who used to own it said it needed the gps sensor, or compass unit. I was wiring the new electronics today and noticed he was right, now my question is, does the NMEA from the Fishfinder/gps, will that work the same way? The wiring panel on the navco unit has NMEA, COM and DATA connections. How can i tell which Wire is DATA and COM? or am I just P1$$in in the wind here? Thanks Guys, NICK
  2. Rick, i imagine with that size boat you should have space in that engine compartment to wire up more batteries? Even if its not in the "battery box", you could just get the boxes from anyplace, and wire them in, especially if your boat will be running DC fridges and all of your electronics...head and what-not? I know, at one point, my sea ray had three batteries in it. I too face the issue with boiling the water out of them... My new trophy has only two batteries, but im thinking i might have to add one for the kicker motor?
  3. I was just looking at my spoons, and realized i have a few Tspoons, I bought them at Project 4 in elmira heights...

  16. well, here is the report fir today, sunday the 6th. Caught about 20 fish by 11:30 and called it quits, got more big Landlocks, and Some nice browns as well. Great day again. Didnt see any one else on the water except one guy. Lake was glass. Fishing was good. See ya out there guys! Nick
  17. Well...Where to begin, Bob, Joe, Rod and I fished Seneca, hitting the water at 7 am, well 7:10 thanks to a late arriver Anyways, the fishing started off great, from the dock, to the end of the day. We trolled west side, fished Cores, wires, copper, and riggers. After dealing with so many cookie cutters up high last week, we decided to go deeper. Well it paid off, we caught the top 10 biggest salmon ive ever gotten on Seneca in one day.. Biggest was 8.5, with alot of cookies as well and "good eaters", we fished till nearly dark, in the rain, sleet and snow. However, flasher flies and Leadcores produced out biggest, the rigger wasnt too far behind with size too.. I cant BS you guys on this, we pushed over forty fish, and released all fish other than the ones below Hope to be out tomorrow Pictures do the talking...
