    They said it was open access for this year but the following year it's going to be up and running. I brung up deans cove and they said to me that that's going to be changing too but wouldn't say what. Sessler's going to be running that one too, I don't know I hope not.     I was told from the state park also it would be no they're setting up or they want to set up like Dean's cove . there will be a pay machine at Marina.     I can tell you what not to do. I had an amateur on the boat and when the fish hit the dipsy the newbie grab the dipsy Rod out of the holder. He didn't think the dipsy released. He dropped the rod tip straight down parallel to the water facing out the back of the boat and wound up like a picture and Pop that Rod straight up over his head.     I thought it was pretty cool. I seen families with kids all with big smiles having fun. I did not see anybody arguing. they all seem to be able to bringing their fishing in with no problems.I like the burn barrels the state allows for them to get warm. I didn't see any tree huggers with sign saying families can have fun and take fish home to have a dinner.
