    Yes, the springfields are tapered. I'd have to go out to the boat to measure them. It does work well but put a strap to a bow cleat for extra support

    How bad does it get up at deans cove with a south wind? Thinking about next tues. but wind is forecasted out of the south @ 10mph. Never been to Cayuga but Seneca has been kicking my butt!

    i have a like new yamaha 6hp 4stroke long shaft for sale. it has seriously less than 75 hrs. always maintained and kept in heated garage in winter. includes a 6gal tank, fuel line, manual, and steering linkage and brackets to connect to your main motor steering arm. asking $1200. i can ship it at buyers expenses but prefer not to. i am in north east PA. about 45 min south of Binghamton, NY.
